摘要: The present invention enables prevention of collision with a forward obstacle by prompting an appropriate driving operation according to the relative speed or the relative distance between a host vehicle and the forward obstacle. With respect to a standard display position at which a virtual image is normally displayed in association with an attention object in an actual scene ahead of a host vehicle, the virtual image is displayed at a corrected display position which is on the lower side in the vertical direction and/or on the near side in the depth direction when seen from a viewer, depending on the relative speed or the relative distance between the host vehicle and the attention object in the actual scene.

摘要: A vehicle display device includes a display unit displaying a display image, an image generating unit generating the display image, and a target object information acquiring unit acquiring target object information relating to a target object present at the periphery of a vehicle and outputting the same to the image generating unit. If the distance from the vehicle to the target object exceeds a first reference value, the image generating unit generates an information image of the target object in a sharply visible region, and if the distance from the vehicle to the target object does not exceed the first reference value, the image generating unit generates the information image of the target object in a blurred region, and in that the information image in the blurred region is generated to be less sharply visible than the information image in the sharply visible region.

摘要: Provided is a head-up display device which can stably display a virtual image viewed so as to be stuck to a road surface, during traveling of a vehicle. A head-up display device according to the present invention is provided with a display means for projecting display light to a front window shield provided to a vehicle, and generating and displaying a virtual image, formed by the display light reflected at the front window shield, so as to be superposed on an actual scene seen through the front window shield. 摘要: A display device includes: a display means that displays a virtual image of a picture by projecting display light representing the picture on a windshield; an identification means that identifies a target outside the vehicle; a control means that causes a first captured image, visually recognized as being superposed on at least a part of the target, to be displayed in the picture; and a vibration detection means that detects the amount of vibration of the vehicle. The control means, when the amount of vibration detected by the vibration detection means exceeds a threshold value, causes a second captured image to be displayed instead of the first captured image. The second captured image is an image of which a color shade difference between pixels configuring an image end and a region outside the image and adjacent to the image end is decreased compared with the first captured image.

Provided is a head-up display which projects display light on a transmission/reflection part to display a first virtual image in an area in which the virtual image can be displayed, said area being superimposed on an actual view outside of a vehicle, wherein, when deviation occurs in the relative positions of the actual view and the transmission/reflection part from the perspective of a viewer, a control unit enlarges a virtual image display area, which sets the range in which the first virtual image is displayed within the area in which the virtual image can be displayed, so as to be larger than normal.

摘要: A head-up display (HUD) device displays a first virtual image in an area in which the first virtual image can be displayed, and displays a second virtual image in an area in which the second virtual image can be displayed. The HUD device includes: a rotation driving unit which changes an angle formed between the area in which the first virtual image can be displayed, and the area in which the second virtual image can be displayed; and a control unit which performs virtual image angle adjustment processing for adjusting the angle using the rotation driving unit, and, when performing the virtual image angle adjustment processing, virtual image position changing processing in which the position of the second virtual image in the area in which the second virtual image can be displayed is changed to inhibit deviation in the relative positional relationship between the first and second virtual images.

摘要: Provided is a display device for a vehicle that can rapidly execute preparation completion for display of vehicle information. The display device for a vehicle is provided with a processing unit, a display, and a rotational drive unit that can rotate a reflector on a prescribed axis. The processing unit includes an estimating unit that estimates planned start of the vehicle by a crew, and when the vehicle is planned to be started, the angle of rotation of the rotational drive unit moves from an initial angle corresponding to an initial position (position of point of origin) of the reflector to a first intermediate angle (first stopping position) between the initial angle and a final angle corresponding to the normal operating position of the reflector. After the vehicle has been actually started, the angle of rotation of the rotational drive unit moves to a final angle from the first intermediate angle.
