    摘要: Provided are an imaging optical system capable of increasing a field of view and a display apparatus. The imaging optical system includes a flat lens and a reflection assembly. The flat lens includes two groups of optical waveguide arrays. The reflection assembly has at least one pair of reflection surfaces. Two reflection surfaces in a same pair are located at an image source side and a viewing side of the flat lens, respectively. An angle between each reflection surface and the flat lens is smaller than or equal to 90 degrees. Angles between each of the two reflection surfaces in the same pair and the flat lens are equal, and intersection lines of each of the two reflection surfaces in the same pair and the flat lens are parallel to each other.

    摘要: A system and method of displaying graphic information including a plurality of unmanned aerial vehicles that together form a display screen. Light elements are provided on each vehicle. A computer wirelessly connects to and controls the vehicles and is activated to deploy the vehicles and arrange them in a pattern in the air. The light elements become pixels on the display screen. The light elements may be on opposing regions of the unmanned aerial vehicles, thereby making it possible to view the display screen from more than one direction. Wireless signals are transmitted from the computer to the light elements. Light elements are selectively switched on and off in a manner that causes the light emitted therefrom to form textual or graphic images on one side and/or the other side of the display screen. When not in use, the vehicles are stored in a storage facility having charging stations.

    摘要: A three-dimensional (3D) display system may include a peg array of multiple pegs. Each peg may be individually addressable and designed to move along one or more axes. The 3D display system may also include an induction array having multiple electromagnetic coils to generate electromagnetic fields. The electromagnetic fields may induce magnetic forces upon at least one peg to cause the peg to move along an axis into an actuated position. The 3D display may also include a display screen to be distended into a 3D topography via contact with at least one peg in the actuated position.
