Abstract: A notification apparatus includes circuitry configured to detect that an electric vehicle has stopped; detect that a vehicle connector has not been connected to the electric vehicle after locking a door of the electric vehicle; determine that a user is promoted to connect the vehicle connector to the electric vehicle, upon detecting that the electric vehicle has stopped and detecting that the vehicle connector has not been connected to the electric vehicle; and present a notification to the user to prompt the user to connect the vehicle connector.
