The fiber reinforced thermoplastic portion (22) of the second composite component (20) includes a planar portion (24) infilled in an opening (23) opened on the metal plate 21. The discontinuous fibers in the fiber reinforced thermoplastic portion (22) of the second composite component (20) are longer than the discontinuous fibers in the fiber reinforced thermoplastic portion (12) of the first composite component (10).

摘要: An automobile part of the present invention includes a metal plate and a reinforcing member containing thermoplastic resin disposed on one surface of the metal plate. The reinforcing member has a liner layer that coats the metal plate, and a reinforcement structure portion provided upright on the liner layer to reinforce the metal plate, wherein the entirety of one surface of the liner layer closely adheres to the metal plate, and the metal plate is directly adhered to the reinforcing member. Therefore, an automobile part in which peeling of the reinforcing member from the metal plate is prevented can be provided.

摘要: Provided is a method of molding, by using a mold, a component including a metal plate and a thermoplastic resin containing a thermoplastic resin arranged on a surface on one side of the metal plate, the mold including at least a movable mold and a fixed mold including a support portion. Specifically, the molding method includes: an arranging step of arranging a premolded metal plate within the mold; a fixing step of fixing the metal plate by pressing the metal plate against the movable mold with use of the support portion; and a molding step including forming a cavity between the fixed mold and the metal plate by closing the mold, bringing the thermoplastic resin into close contact with the metal plate, and forming an exposed portion by exposing the metal plate out of the softened thermoplastic resin with use of the support portion. With this, without leakage of the thermoplastic resin, a joint region to a metal surface of another component can be reliably secured.

摘要: A carbon fiber-reinforced resin molded body of the present invention derives from kneaded materials of a thermoplastic resin and a carbon fiber and includes at least a three-dimensional complex shaped region and a substantially flat plate-shaped region arranged in a profile direction. Fluidity of the kneaded materials at predetermined temperature is such that fluidity of the kneaded material forming the substantially flat plate-shaped region is lower than fluidity of the kneaded material forming the three-dimensional complex shaped region, which makes it unlikely to cause defects in ribs, posses, and other portions. Thus, a carbon fiber-reinforced resin molded body with low cost and high strength can be provided.

摘要: Provided is a composite (A) including a metal plate (B) and a reinforcing member (C) that is made of a resin. The metal plate (B) includes a joint portion (2) that is continuous with one end of a body portion (1), a hole that is formed through the body portion (1) in a thickness direction of the body portion (1) in the proximity of the joint portion (2), and a guide portion provided around the hole. The reinforcing member (C) continuously includes a main portion (5), a coupling portion (6) formed in the hole (3), and a locking portion (7) that is held in close contact with a surface on another side of the body portion (1). The guide portion (4) is at least one of a protruding portion provided on at least one of a rear side and a lateral side relative to the hole (3) in a direction from the body portion (1) to the joint portion (2), and a recessed portion extended from a front side relative to the hole (3) to the hole (3) in the direction from the body portion to the joint portion. In insert molding of the composite (A), a molten resin is introduced preferentially into the hole (3). With this, the joint portion (2) is formed reliably in good condition free from adhesion of the resin.
