摘要： A blow molding device is provided in which a preform is injection-molded. The injection-molded preform is temperature-controlled by a temperature adjusting unit, and the temperature-adjusted preform is blow-molded, wherein the temperature adjusting unit has a multistage structure in which an uppermost stage has the highest temperature structure, and the mold surface temperatures of lower stages and other than the uppermost stage are set to be 10° C. or more lower than the glass transition temperature of the preform.

摘要： In a manufacturing apparatus for manufacturing a resin container which includes an injection molding part configured to injection-mold a preform, a temperature adjustment part configured to adjust a temperature of the preform molded in the injection molding part, and a blow molding part configured to blow-mold the preform whose temperature has been adjusted in the temperature adjustment part, the preform is carried into the temperature adjustment part before an outer surface temperature of the preform molded in the injection molding part becomes higher than an inner surface temperature of the preform molded in the injection molding part, and the preform is cooled to be lowered within a range equal to or higher than 10° C. and equal to or lower than 50° C. in the temperature adjustment part.

摘要： In a method for manufacturing a resin container, in the adjusting the temperature of the preform, the preform is accommodated in a cavity mold, a refrigerant introduction member is inserted into the preform, the refrigerant introduction member including a first flow path and a second flow path which are different in introduction or discharge position of a refrigerant, the preform is cooled by bringing the preform into close contact with an inner wall of the cavity mold at a pressure of the refrigerant introduced from the refrigerant introduction member. When the preform is cooled, cooling is performed by switching between a first cooling blow for introducing the refrigerant from the first flow path and discharging the refrigerant from the second flow path and a second cooling blow for introducing the refrigerant from the second flow path and discharging the refrigerant from the first flow path.

摘要： A temperature adjustment device and a temperature adjustment method for a preform in a blow molding device with which it is possible to reduce a molding cycle time is provided. A temperature adjustment device for a preform in which a hollow rod member is inserted into an injection-molded, bottomed preform retained by a retention member, and a first air circulation path is formed between the preform and the hollow rod member to adjust the temperature of the preform. The temperature adjustment device is characterized in that a flow path adjustment member is fitted and attached to the outer periphery of the hollow rod member, whereby the cross-sectional area of the first air circulation path is partially adjusted and changed.
