Abstract: A polarizing film comprising a polarizer and a cured resin layer formed on at least one surface of the polarizer by curing a curable resin composition, wherein the curable resin composition contains a compound represented by formula (1): wherein x represents a functional group comprising a reactive group, and R1 and R2 each independently represent a hydrogen atom or an optionally substituted, aliphatic hydrocarbon, aryl, or heterocyclic group.
