Abstract: It is provided a method comprising monitoring if a source cell intends performing a radio reconfiguration of a terminal configured with a conditional handover from the source cell to a target cell; determining a determined category among plural predetermined categories; wherein the radio reconfiguration is associated to the determined category; for each category a respective predetermined sequence of one or more operations is defined; the respective predetermined of one of the categories is different from the respective predetermined sequence of another one of the categories; and the method further comprises inhibiting the performing of the radio reconfiguration of the terminal unless the predetermined sequence of one or more operations of the determined category is performed along with the performing of the radio reconfiguration if the source cell intends performing the radio reconfiguration of the terminal.

Abstract: Certain examples of the present disclosure relate to an apparatus (120_1) comprising: means for sending (301), to a User Equipment, UE, (110), first conditional re-configuration information (302) for enabling the UE to access a cell of a Secondary Cell Group, SCG, (120_21) upon a first condition to access the cell of the SCG being met; means for sending (303), to the UE, second conditional re-configuration information (304) for enabling the UE to access a cell of another SCG (120_22) upon a second condition to access the cell of the another SCG being met; means for receiving (306), from the UE, first information (307) indicating that the first condition has been met; means for determining (308) whether to delay the cell of the SCG triggering a path switch; means for sending (309), to the cell of the SCG, a first indication (310) to delay triggering the path switch, wherein the first indication is sent based at least in part on the determination; means for receiving (313), from the UE, second information (314) indicating that the second condition has been met; means for determining (315) whether to abort the cell of the SCG triggering the path switch; and means sending (316), to the cell of the SCG, a second indication (317) to abort triggering the path switch, wherein the second indication is sent based at least in part on the determination whether to abort triggering the path switch.

MASTER NODE CENTRIC REFERENCE CONFIGURATION GENERATION

Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure relate to apparatuses, methods, and computer readable storage media for master node centric reference configuration generation. In the methods, a master node receives, from at least one secondary node, respective cell configurations of one or more cells prepared as candidate primary secondary cells for a terminal device. Then, the master node generates a reference configuration for the one or more cells based on the respective cell configurations, and obtains respective delta configurations for the one or more cells. A delta configuration represents a difference between a cell configuration of a respective cell and the reference configuration. Moreover, the master node transmits the reference configuration and the respective delta configurations to at least one of the terminal device, or a serving secondary node of the terminal device. Thereby, the proposed solutions can advantageously minimize the signaling overhead.

Abstract: Techniques for coordination between nodes for measurement configuration in a Primary Secondary Cell Group (SCG) Cell (PSCell) change procedure in cellular wireless communication networks are provided. For example, a method for a Primary Secondary Cell Group (SCG) Cell (PSCell) change procedure is provided. The method comprises: sending, from a master node (MN) to a target secondary node (T-SN), a first message (e.g., an SN Addition Request message) including configuration information based on which the T-SN determines whether to provide a full configuration or a delta configuration for measurement-related information for one or more candidate target PSCells acknowledged by the T-SN; and receiving, at the MN from the T-SN in accordance with the configuration information, a second message (e.g., an SN Addition Request Acknowledge message) including the full configuration or the delta configuration for measurement-related information for the one or more candidate target PSCells acknowledged by the T-SN.

Abstract: In an MN in wireless communication with a UE and in communication with SN(s), after receiving an indication from the UE that an SCG failure has occurred, determining by the MN which node of at least the MN or a last serving SN or another SN is responsible for the SCG failure. Based on the outcome, performing by the MN an analysis for mobility robustness for the SCG failure where the MN was responsible for the SCG failure. In an SN, of an SCG, determining whether or not the SN is responsible for an SCG failure. In response to receiving from the MN a message corresponding to the SCG failure, indicating to the master node by the secondary node whether or not the secondary node is responsible for the secondary cell group failure.

Abstract: A master node is provided for a user equipment operating in dual-connectivity with the master node and a secondary node. The master node may be configured to receive information that indicates supported network slices of one or more further nodes. The master node may be configured to transmit slice support information for the one or more further nodes, based on the information. The slice support information may indicate one or more of the supported network slices, at least one non-supported network slice of the one or more further nodes, or at least one communication session of the user equipment that is associated with at least one non-supported network slice. The secondary node may receive the slice support information, and make a secondary node change determination at the secondary node, based on the slice support information.
