摘要: The present disclosure relates to a device for calibrating a laser level, including a base platform configured to support the laser level that is to be mounted at a first position of the base platform, a laser detector arranged at a second position of the base platform and configured to receive a laser, and an optical path extension device arranged at a third position between the laser level and the laser detector and configured to receive the laser emitted by the laser level and project the laser to the laser detector after the laser is adjusted by the optical path extension device. With the optical path extension device, a physical distance between the laser level and the laser detector can be optically extended. Without changing the physical distance between the laser level and the laser detector, the technical effect that the optical path distance between the laser level and the laser detector is enlarged can be simulated. Thus, the laser level can be calibrated according to the enlarged optical path distance to improve the calibration accuracy.

摘要: The present disclosure provides a method for measuring an angle and a distance. The method includes: at an initial position, after a laser emitting device aligns with a laser receiving device, recording a first angle and measuring a first distance between the laser emitting device and the laser receiving device; and moving the laser receiving device from the initial position to a first position, and after the laser emitting device realigns with the laser receiving device, recording a second angle and measuring a second distance between the laser emitting device and the laser receiving device. The method for measuring the angle and the distance creatively records the corresponding angle and distance at different positions, respectively, such that the position of the laser receiving device relative to the laser emitting device is accurately determined. In addition, the present disclosure also relates to a method for plotting a trajectory map and a laser ranging system using the above method.

摘要: A ranging system includes a terminal device, a ranging apparatus, and an angle sensor disposed in the terminal device or in the ranging apparatus. The ranging apparatus includes a measuring wheel, a rotating shaft disposed on the measuring wheel, and an electronic counter connected to the rotating shaft and configured to obtain distance information, in real time, of a route which the measuring wheel has already traveled. The angle sensor is configured to obtain angle information in real time. The terminal device and the ranging apparatus are configured to transmit data between each other. The terminal device is configured to generate a traveling trajectory diagram of the measuring wheel, in real time, based on the distance information from the electronic counter and the angle information from the angle sensor, and perform optimization processing on the traveling trajectory to generate an optimized trajectory diagram.
