Abstract: A rolling bearing includes: an inner ring mounted on a shaft to be supported; an outer ring provided around an outer periphery of the inner ring; a plurality of rolling elements rolling while contacting with an inner peripheral face of the outer ring and an outer peripheral face of the inner ring at surfaces thereof; and a retainer supporting the rolling elements. A sliding resistance-reducing film is formed on at least one of a first group being an outer peripheral face of the retainer or the inner peripheral face of the outer ring and a second group being an inner peripheral face of the retainer or the outer peripheral face of the inner ring.
