    摘要: A bearing assembly for a turbocharger includes a turbine wheel-side ball bearing disposed at one axial end of a tubular body, a compressor impeller-side ball bearing disposed at the other axial end of the tubular body, and a bearing housing. The bearing housing includes an opposed wall opposed to the axially outer side of the outer race of the turbine wheel-side ball bearing, and an opposed wall opposed to the axially outer side of the outer race of the compressor impeller-side ball bearing. The outer race of the turbine wheel-side ball bearing and the outer race of the compressor impeller-side ball bearing have axially outer end surfaces which are axially outwardly displaced from the respective axial end surfaces of the tubular body so that oil films form between the respective outer races and the corresponding opposed walls.

    摘要: An inner-rotor-type motor according to the preferred teachings of the present invention includes a housing, a stator, a rotor and a bearing seat. The stator is received in an assembly space of the housing. The rotor is rotatably positioned in the housing via a bearing and extends through a through-hole of the stator. The bearing seat includes a socket having a first recess and second recess and couples to the assembly opening of the assembly space. A stopper is at least a part of the upper wall of the socket and arranged between the first recess and the second recess. The bearing can pass through an end of the socket and be positioned in the first recess, while a circuit board can pass through another end of the socket and be positioned in the second recess. Accordingly, the assembly is simplified and the assembly convenience is improved.

    摘要: The object is to provide a lubricator for rolling bearings which is also capable of cooling the inner ring and which can reduce the resistance of cooling oil when the oil is agitated during high-speed rotation of the bearing.On the back side of an angular ball bearing 1, a cooling oil introducing member 11 is provided which includes a nozzle 12 for discharging cooling oil toward a circumferential groove 6 formed in an end surface of an inner ring 2. The cooling oil introducing member 11 has an extension 11a formed with a seal portion 13 that faces a tapered surface 2b of the inner ring with a gap δ left therebetween. The gap δ of the seal portion is set at 0.2 mm or less to limit the amount of cooling oil that flows through the seal portion 13 into the bearing to a minimum, thereby reducing the resistance of cooling oil when the oil is agitated during high-speed rotation of the angular ball bearing 1.
