    Abstract: There is provided a composite plain bearing having excellent heat resistance, creep resistance under high surface pressure, low friction, abrasion resistance, and other characteristics while being capable of manufacture with high productivity. A composite plain bearing (1) comprising an ingot metal plate (2) and a resin layer (3) comprises a resin composition in which an aromatic polyether ketone resin or the like is used as a base resin, wherein the resin layer (3) is overlaid by injection molding and integrally provided on the surface on the surface of the ingot metal plate (2) to a thickness of 0.1 to 0.7 mm.
