    Abstract: A tip seal 1 for a scroll compressor capable of reducing a frictional force between scroll members and the tip seal where the tip seal 1 has a spiral shape for sealing a compression chamber formed between a fixed scroll and a movable scroll in a scroll compressor provided with the fixed scroll. The movable scroll having a plurality of concave parts 4 being formed by partially notching a sliding surface 5 on the scroll members, the concave parts 4 being arranged on at least one of a spiral inner peripheral surface 1b or a spiral outer peripheral surface 1a. Each of the concave parts 4 being open to the inner peripheral surface 1b or the outer peripheral surface 1a.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a method for producing a durable semispherical shoe which can be prevented from being subjected to seizure even in a dry lubrication state in which there is no lubricating oil at a start time of an operation of a swash plate compressor, can be restrained from deteriorating in its lubricating property due to generated frictional heat, and can be restrained from deteriorating in its strength at a production time and an injection molding die. A semispherical shoe (4), for a swash plate compressor, to be produced by the production method has a base material (5), consisting of a hard material, which has a hollow part along a central axis thereof and a resin layer, consisting of a resin composition, which is formed on a surface of a planar part, disposed on a periphery of the base member, which is to be subjected to sliding contact with the swash plate and on a surface of a spherical part, disposed on the periphery thereof, which is to be subjected to sliding contact with a piston. A resin-filled portion (8) where the resin composition is filled and an empty portion where the resin composition is not filled are formed in the hollow part of the base material. The resin-filled portion (8) and the resin layer are formed by injecting and filling the resin composition into a portion to be formed as the resin-filled portion (8) with the base material (5) being disposed inside a cavity (22) of the injection molding die.

    Abstract: An internal gear pump integrally provided with a plain bearing requiring fewer machining steps, allowing inexpensive manufacture, and offering a highly stable seizing property. The internal gear pump has a trochoid (4), in which an inner rotor (3) having a plurality of outer teeth is eccentrically and rotatably accommodated in an outer rotor (2) having a plurality of inner teeth, the outer teeth meshing with the inner teeth, and in which a suction-side chamber for suctioning liquid and a discharge-side chamber for discharging the liquid that has been suctioned into the suction-side chamber are formed between the inner teeth and outer teeth; a drive shaft (9) fixed to the inner rotor (3); a casing (5) in which is formed a recess (5a) for accommodating the trochoid (4); and a cover (6) for closing off the recess (5a) of the casing (5).

    Abstract: To provide a flow control valve seal that is manufactured at a low cost, that makes wear damage of a rotor with which the flow control valve seal slidably contacts less, and that is superior in its low leak performance, low friction performance, and low wear performance. A seal (6) is installed in a flow control valve device (1) including a housing (2) having an introduction part (5) that receives a cooling water from an internal combustion engine, and a resin rotor (4) disposed in the housing (2) and having a spherical outer peripheral surface (4a), the rotor (4) being rotated relative to the housing (2). The seal (6) is disposed between the introduction part (5) and the rotor (4) in the housing (2) and slidably contacts with the outer peripheral surface (4a) of the rotor (4). The seal (6) is an injection molded body of a resin composition having injection-moldable fluororesin as a base resin. The fluororesin is at least one resin selected from among a tetrafluoroethylene-perfluoro alkylvinyl ether copolymer resin, a tetrafluoroethylene-hexafluoropropylene copolymer resin, and a tetrafluoroethylene-ethylene copolymer resin.

    Abstract: There is provided a composite plain bearing having excellent heat resistance, creep resistance under high surface pressure, low friction, abrasion resistance, and other characteristics while being capable of manufacture with high productivity. A composite plain bearing (1) comprising an ingot metal plate (2) and a resin layer (3) comprises a resin composition in which an aromatic polyether ketone resin or the like is used as a base resin, wherein the resin layer (3) is overlaid by injection molding and integrally provided on the surface on the surface of the ingot metal plate (2) to a thickness of 0.1 to 0.7 mm.     Abstract: Provided is an internal gear pump requiring fewer machining steps, allowing inexpensive manufacture, and offering high safety from the standpoint of function. The internal gear pump 1 comprises: a trochoid 4 in which an inner rotor 3 having a plurality of outer teeth is eccentrically and rotatably accommodated in an outer rotor 2 having a plurality of inner teeth, the outer teeth meshing with the inner teeth, and in which a suction-side chamber for suctioning liquid and a discharge-side chamber for discharging liquid that has been suctioned into the suction-side chamber are formed in between the inner teeth and outer teeth; a casing 5 in which is formed a recess 5a for accommodating the trochoid 4; and a cover 6 for closing off the recess 5a of the casing 5. At least some of the casing 5 is a body injection-molded from a resin composition. The invention also comprises a groove 5d in a portion of the recess 5a of the casing 5 in which the outer periphery is sealed, with a sealing ring 13 installed therein, and bushings 7 made from sintered metal that are provided integrally during injection molding in bolt fixing hole portions.
