Abstract: In a gateway device that is provided between a radio base station and a terminal device of a mobile communication network, the gateway device includes a storage control unit that temporarily stores data sequentially received from the terminal device in a data storage unit, and then transmits the data stored in the data storage unit to an external device connected to the mobile communication network; and a determination unit that determines a real time property of a service in the external device, and selects a method of setting a bearer to the radio base station based on the real time property.
