摘要： A medical device and related method of use for cutting tissue is described. The device includes an elongate tubular member having a proximal end, a distal end, and first and second lumens extending between the proximal and distal ends. The device further includes a first elongate arm having a third lumen extending distally from the first lumen and a second elongate arm having a fourth lumen extending distally from the second lumen. A cutting element extends from the third lumen of the first arm to the fourth lumen of the second arm, such that the cutting element is slidably disposed in at least one of the third and fourth lumens.

摘要： This invention is directed to a medical device with a handle and a catheter. The handle can include a body having a proximal end and a distal end, an actuator moveably coupled to the body, and a handle control member coupled to the actuator, wherein the actuator can be configured to move relative to the body to move the handle control member. The catheter can include a shaft having a proximal end and a distal end, wherein the proximal end of the shaft and the distal end of the body can be configured for releasable coupling. The catheter can also include a steering section located along the shaft and a catheter control member coupled to the steering section. A securing member may move relative to at least one of the handle and the catheter to releasably couple the handle control member to the catheter control member.

摘要： A loading basket is secured at its proximal end to a portion of a delivery device. The stent engages with the interior of the stent basket when loaded onto the delivery device to prevent shifting or movement of the stent during delivery of the stent to a desired location within the bodily lumen. In at least one embodiment, the loading basket has a proximal end, a distal end, and a braided surface. The loading basket comprises a proximal end portion, a proximal transition portion, a body portion, a distal transition portion, a distal end portion, and an angled inward distal end. When loaded onto the delivery device, the outer surface of the stent contacts at least the angled inward distal end of the delivery device and movement of the stent is prevented.
