摘要： A drug-eluting stent is disclosed, the stent having an outer cylindrical portion, an inner cylindrical portion disposed within and substantially coaxial with the outer cylindrical portion, a plurality of cross-links connecting the inner cylindrical portion to the outer cylindrical portion, and a first drug affixed to the inner and/or outer cylindrical portions. The stent may further comprise a second drug affixed to the inner and/or outer cylindrical portions. Methods are disclosed for use of a drug-eluting stent for treatment of a region of interest which is located away (downstream) from the location of the stent. Methods are disclosed for the use of the dual drug-eluting stent to provide therapy and adjunctive therapy protocols.
