The present disclosure provides a lithium-ion secondary battery, which comprises: a case made from a conductive material; a cell received in the case; a cap assembly mounted to the case in a sealing way and equipped with electrode posts electrically connected to the cell, the electrode posts are a positive post and a negative electrode post; an electrolyte injected in the case; and at least one adapter member, the each adapter member is made from a conductive material and comprises: a connection portion fixedly connected to the corresponding one electrode post equipped to the cap assembly; and a contact portion extending downwardly into a space between the cell and the case from the connection portion at a lateral side of the cell, so that the contact portion contacts with the case to realize a short-circuit between the electrode posts when the case is crushed under an external force.

The present disclosure provides a through connecting piece, a power battery and a cap assembly thereof. The through connecting piece comprises: a base having at least an opening; a conductor, the number of the conductor is the same as the number of the opening, the each conductor is provided through the corresponding one opening and a part of the each conductor received in the corresponding one opening has a shape of a racetrack or a rectangle with rounded corners in a top view; and a heat-resistant insulative material, the number of the heat-resistant insulative material is the same as the number of the opening, the each heat-resistant insulative material is filled in the opening between the corresponding one base and the corresponding one conductor. The cap assembly of power battery comprises the above through connecting piece. The power battery comprises the above cap assembly of the power battery.

The present disclosure provides an anti-rotation mechanism for an electrode terminal post of a lithium-ion battery, the anti-rotation mechanism for the electrode terminal post of the lithium-ion battery is an insulative piece, the insulative piece is provided on an electrode terminal post base which is fixedly connected to the electrode terminal post, and the insulative piece is also fixedly connected to an inner wall of a battery case of the lithium-ion battery. The rotation of the electrode terminal post of the lithium-ion battery can be effectively prevented through the insulative piece which is provided on the electrode terminal post base and is fixedly connected to the inner wall of the battery case of the lithium-ion battery.

A cap assembly of a power battery comprises: a cap plate, a first electrode terminal provided to the cap plate, a second electrode terminal provided to the cap plate and electrically insulated from the cap plate, and a resistance member electrically connected to the cap plate and the first electrode terminal. The resistance member comprises: a heat-resistant insulating base body positioned between the cap plate and the first electrode terminal; and a heat-resistant metal layer provided to the heat-resistant insulating base body. The heat-resistant metal layer and the cap plate and the first electrode terminal are electrically connected to form a conductive path, the conductive path passes along the heat-resistant insulating base body positioned between the cap plate and the first electrode terminal. The formed conductive path is a curved path, therefore the resistance value of the resistance member can be controlled by controlling the conductive path.

The present disclosure relates to a safety device of a lithium-ion battery comprising a cap plate, a first electrode post, a second electrode post, a deformable plate and a conductive piece, the first electrode post and the second electrode post are provided to the cap plate, the first electrode post is insulated from and assembled to the conductive piece, the deformable plate is provided between the first electrode and the conductive piece, and the deformable plate is electrically connected to the first electrode post and the conductive piece respectively, the conductive piece is provided with a recessed portion, the recessed portion is provided with a notch. The safety device of the lithium-ion battery ensures the recessed portion will be broken effectively by the internal pressure when an internal pressure of the lithium-ion battery reaches a preset value so as to disconnect the charging circuit and provide security protection.

The present disclosure provides a cap assembly of a power battery, which comprises: a cap plate provided with a vent hole and an electrolyte-injection hole; a first electrode post provided on and electrically connected to the cap plate; a second electrode post insulated from and assembled to the cap plate 1; a vent fixedly provided on the vent hole; and a boss provided on the cap plate. The cap assembly of the power battery of the present disclosure can improve the strength of the cap plate at the vent, has simple structure, is easy formed and has low processing cost by provision of the boss.

A power battery cover, which comprises a cover plate, a burst vent, a first terminal, a second terminal and a conducting strip; wherein, the burst vent, the first terminal and the second terminal are arranged on the cover plate, the second terminal is electrically connected to the cover plate, and the first terminal is subject to an insulated assembly with the cover plate and is electrically connected to the conducting strip; the power battery cover also comprises a tensile shrapnel which is welded to the cover plate; the tensile shrapnel is arranged under and close to the conducting strip; under the condition of overcharge of a battery, air pressure in the battery cell rises due to decomposition of the electrolyte.

The invention relates to the power battery technology, especially to a power battery and anti-explosion device thereof, comprising an anti-explosion disc disposed in an anti-explosion bore. The surface of the anti-explosion disc is attached with an anti-explosion ring and an anti-explosion patch, the anti-explosion ring and the anti-explosion patch are at the same side of the anti-explosion disc and the anti-explosion ring and the anti-explosion patch form an annular groove. Compared with the prior art, the anti-explosion device has a simple structure, accurate explosion pressure, high intensity and it is not easy to be damaged. When the power battery is abnormal in use and the inner side has high pressure, the anti-explosion disc will explode under certain pressure to prevent explosion of the battery. It improves the safety of the power battery.
