摘要: A resin-made pipe joint with enhanced sealing property between a joint body and sleeve. A sealing portion which seals between an inner circumferential surface of an inserting portion of a sleeve and an outer circumferential surface of an inner cylinder portion is formed by press-inserting an inserting portion into a groove portion of the joint body. When the inserting portion is press-inserted into the groove portion, a space is formed between a body cylinder portion located opposite to an opening portion of the groove portion in the axial direction, and the projection end of the inserting portion. After completing press insertion of the inserting portion into the groove portion, in a section including axis of the inner cylinder portion, a region in the outer circumferential surface of the inner cylinder portion facing the space forms an angle of 5° to 15° to the axis of the inner cylinder portion.

摘要: A pipe-connecting device includes: an inner ring having: an outer circumferential portion having a tip-contracted outer-circumferential flared surface that is to be press-inserted into an end portion of a tube to flare the tube, and an inner circumferential portion constituting a fluid transfer path; a pipe joint body that has a tubular screwing portion having an external thread; and a union nut having an internal thread that is screwed with the external thread. The inner ring including the tube is inserted into the tubular screwing portion, and the tip-contracted outer-circumferential flared surface is pressed through the tube by a pressing portion of the union nut. The pressing portion of the union nut is formed into an inclined inner circumferential surface that is inclined in the same direction as the tip-contracted outer-circumferential flared surface with respect to the axis of the tubular screwing portion.

The sleeve has a taper-like first outer circumferential surface, a second outer circumferential surface having an outer diameter that is smaller than a maximum outer diameter of the first outer circumferential surface, and an annular step portion which is an annular step portion that is disposed between the first outer circumferential surface and the second outer circumferential surface and comprises an edge portion on a side of the first outer circumferential surface.

摘要: In a pipe-connecting device having a pipe joint body, a union nut, and an inner ring that is to be press-inserted into an end of a tube, a seal element portion is formed in a basal end portion of the inner ring, and a seal forming portion of the pipe joint body is formed. The pipe-connecting device has a configuration where, in an assembled state, the seal element portion and the seal forming portion are pressed against each other, and a diameter-contracted tube portion, which is in a tube end portion, and which is fitted onto a base-contracted diameter-contracted outer circumferential surface, and a tubular screwing portion are pressed against each other by a contact pressure that is lower than a contact pressure between the seal element portion and the seal forming portion, or separated from each other.

摘要: A resin tube fitting has a body with a sleeve allowing the longitudinal end of the tube to be put therein, an inner ring with a press-in portion configured to be pressed in the longitudinal end of the tube, and a union nut with a connector configured to be screwed to an outer periphery of the body to allow the longitudinal end of the tube to be put radially between the connector and the press-in portion. The inner ring and the union nut are made of resin, which has a property of contracting in response to change in ambient temperature. The radial contraction rate of the connector is higher by 0.05% or more than that of the press-in portion of the inner ring.
