In this state, with a cap nut (30) being screwed with the joint main body (20), the greatest wall thickness portion (41) of the ring is pressed against the inner cylindrical portion (22) together with the one end portion (12) through an outer cylindrical portion (23), and a hole peripheral edge (34a) of an insertion hole (34) of the cap nut is pressure-contacted with a bent portion (12c) of the tube by the ring (40).

    摘要: High localized loading, galling, and high torque forces have been generally eliminated or greatly reduced in a two ferrule tube fitting assembly through suitable modification of the rear ferrule so as to redirect the reaction forces acting between the front ferrule and the drive nut. The rear ferrule has a cylindrical interior wall that closely surrounds the tube end and is provided on the interior cylindrical wall with a circumferentially continuous radial recess that is located between the nose and rear wall of the rear ferrule. The rear ferrule also has a radially external wall that is substantially conical and additionally shaped to extend radially outward toward the enlarged diameter portion or flange of the rear ferrule. The rear ferrule further includes a contoured face on the rear driven surface of the ferrule that engages the drive surface of the drive nut.

    摘要: A separable faucet mainly provides two control bodies, an outlet assembly, and a three-way pipe assembly. A control valve is disposed in each control body, and connected to an inlet pipe and an outlet pipe. One end of a plastic inner pipe of the outlet assembly is connected to a spout piece, and an outer edge is covered by a metal cover to counteract changes in water pressure by the metal cover to ensure a tight combination between the plastic inner pipe and the spout piece. Another end is connected to a connecting pipe, and an outer edge is covered by a metal cap secured to the connecting pipe to urge the plastic inner pipe against the connecting pipe tightly by a minor diameter part of the metal cap. The three-way pipe assembly is connected to the connecting pipe and outlet pipes of the two control bodies respectively.
