Abstract: An object of the present disclosure is to enable a three-dimensional model to be created even for a target object which has unevenly spaced inter-point distances and only a part of a point cloud. According to the present disclosure, there are provided an apparatus and a method in which a three-dimensional model of a target object is created from point cloud data in which each point represents three-dimensional coordinates, the three-dimensional model is superimposed on an image in which a target object of the three-dimensional model is photographed, a point cloud data to be added to a point cloud data that constitutes the three-dimensional model is selected by comparing the three-dimensional model with the target object in the image, and the three-dimensional model of the target object is created again using the point cloud data including the point cloud to be added.

Abstract: It is possible to estimate a slack level accurately in consideration of a shape of a deformed cable. A point cloud analysis device sets a plurality of regions of interest obtained by window-searching a wire model including a quadratic curve model representing a cable obtained from a point cloud consisting of three-dimensional points on an object, the region of interest being divided into a first region and a second region. The point cloud analysis device compares information on the first region with information on the second region based on the point cloud included in the region of interest and the quadratic curve model for each of the plurality of regions of interest, calculates a degree of division boundary representing a degree to which a division position between the first region and the second region of the plurality of regions of interest is a branch point of the cable, and detects a division boundary point that is a branch point of a cable represented by the quadratic curve model based on the degree of division boundary calculated for each of the plurality of regions of interest.

Abstract: In order to solve the foregoing problems, an object of the present invention is to provide a jig and a laying method capable of laying a branch wire which can avoid a contact with a house or passersby and eliminating an unbalanced load of a utility pole erected in a confined area.
According to the present invention, since a first member of the jig is connected to a distal end of the utility pole by an upper branch wire and a second member of the jig is connected to the ground by a lower branch wire perpendicular to the ground, the utility pole can be laid in a confined area while securing an attachment angle of the upper branch wire with respect to the utility pole and eliminating an unbalanced load of the utility pole. By securing an optimum separation distance between the utility pole and the lower branch wire, a risk of contact with a house or passersby can be reduced.-

Abstract: The present invention has an object of providing an arithmetic apparatus, a facility management method, and a program that make it possible to acquire current tension applied to outdoor structures in a short period of time and make a bearing determination. The arithmetic apparatus according to the present invention calculates the dip degree of a cable and a distance between poles from the 3D model data of the cable according to Math. C1 and calculates the tension of each cable between the poles from the dip degree, the distance between the poles, and the weight of the cable per unit length according to Math. C2 (when no wind blows) or Math. C4 (when wind blows). Further, the arithmetic apparatus according to the present invention calculates a combined load obtained by converting the tension and the load of the accessory of the poles into an arbitrary position on the poles according to Math. C3.

Abstract: An object of the present disclosure is to provide a ground-based height measurement method, a ground-based height measurement device, and a program capable of measuring the lowest height of a cable above a ground even when three-dimensional point cloud data of the cable is insufficient. The ground-based height measurement method according to the present disclosure can acquire three-dimensional point cloud data that seems to be a cable by forming a measurement range of a predetermined size above a travel trajectory of MMS (at an arrangement height of the cable). Then, the number of three-dimensional point clouds included in the measurement range is counted and when the number is equal to or larger than a threshold value, the height is measured as a measurement object. The ground-based height measurement method according to the present disclosure can measure the lowest height of the cable above a ground even when the three-dimensional point cloud data of the cable is insufficient because modeling is not performed from the three-dimensional point cloud data.

An equipment state detecting device of the present invention creates a 3D model of a cable based on three-dimensional coordinates acquired using a laser scanner or the like, acquires a sag and a straight line connecting ends of the 3D model based on the 3D model, and calculates the tension of the cable using a known cable load per unit length.
