Abstract: An information presentation device is provided with a receiving unit, a transmitting unit and an incentive issuing unit. The receiving unit receives vehicle location data indicating a vehicle location of a vehicle and facility usage data indicating that the vehicle has used a vehicle service facility. The transmitting unit transmits service facility data including location information of a vehicle service facility in a vicinity of the vehicle location or in a vicinity of a travel route of the vehicle, and commercial facility data including location information of a commercial facility associated with the vehicle service facility. The incentive issuing unit issues an incentive to a user or a vehicle to use the commercial facility.
