    摘要: A laminated core block includes a plurality of core members made of magnetic sheets stacked one on top of another, the plurality of core members including first and second core members which adjoin in a laminating direction, and a thermoplastic resin strand placed between the first and second core members. The thermoplastic resin strand is arranged to pass along one side surface of the first core member, between the first and second core members and along a side surface of the second core member on a side opposite to the aforementioned side surface of the first core member in this order. The first and second core members are bonded to each other by melting and curing the thermoplastic resin strand.

    摘要: The rotary electric machine includes a rotor, and a stator including an stator core that is formed by laminating and integrating magnetic steel plates, and concentrated winding coils that are mounted to respective teeth, the stator being disposed so as to surround the rotor. Bobbins each including a trunk portion and first and second guide portions that are disposed so as to protrude from two longitudinal ends of an upper surface of the trunk portion are disposed so as to place bottom surfaces of the trunk portions alongside two axial end surfaces of the teeth. The concentrated winding coils are configured by winding a conductor wire a predetermined number of times around the teeth so as to pass through a concave space that is formed by the trunk portions and the first and second guide portions at two axial ends of the teeth.

    摘要: A wire rope flaw detector comprises a back yoke and excitation permanent magnets, which form a main magnetic path in a predetermined section of a wire rope in the axial direction; a magnetic path member arranged in the predetermined section to be magnetically insulated from the back yoke and the permanent magnets and making the leakage flux generated from a damaged part of wire rope detour to the outside of the wire rope; and a detection coil wound around the magnetic path member for detecting leakage flux. The amount of leakage flux can be increased by providing the magnetic path member and since the windable area of the detection coil is increased, the number of turns of detection coil can be increased.
