    摘要: A numerical control system improves safety when asynchronously operating systems are operated as a single control unit. A machine control system outputs a command generated by interpreting a program with a command number assigned thereto, sends it to a collision detection system, and receives check result data therefrom, whereby when the number of commands for which check result data are obtained is more than or equal to a preset second threshold, a command number assigned to the check result data is output when it is determined that there is no probability of collision. When the result of a check on the probability of collision for a command received from a linkage data sending and receiving section is returned, the collision detection system returns check result data to the linkage data sending and receiving section by assigning a command number given to the checked command to the check result data.

    摘要: A numerical control system improves safety when asynchronously operating systems are operated as a single control unit. A machine control system outputs a command generated by interpreting a program with a command number assigned thereto, sends it to a collision detection system, and receives check result data therefrom, whereby when the number of commands for which check result data are obtained is more than or equal to a preset second threshold, a command number assigned to the check result data is output when it is determined that there is no probability of collision. When the result of a check on the probability of collision for a command received from a linkage data sending and receiving section is returned, the collision detection system returns check result data to the linkage data sending and receiving section by assigning a command number given to the checked command to the check result data.

    摘要: In a method of generating a numerical control program in which, based on sectional shape data of a product to which a relief processing is to be performed, a numerical control program for turning-processing the product is generated in order to recognize a groove shape data existing in the vicinity of a corner as a relief sectional shape, wherein groove shape data is extracted from the sectional shape data, an intersection of a line segment parallel to a turning axis and a line segment that is not parallel to the line segment is calculated as a corner of the sectional shape data, and the groove shape data is recognized as a relief sectional shape in a case where dimensions of a frame which includes from the corner to the groove shape data are within predetermined dimensions.

    摘要: A simulation device is provided with a speed ratio determining portion and a speed determining portion for calculating the maximum feeding speed of an operative part from an interference detecting distance and an interpolation period, and replacing the feeding speed of the operative part, which is read out by a program analyzing portion, with the maximum feeding speed; and an interpolating portion for determining interpolated points of a moving path of the operative part from the feeding speed of the operative part, which is replaced by the maximum feeding speed by the speed ratio determining portion and the speed determining portion, and the interpolation period. An interference check on the operative part is made at an interpolated point determined by the interpolating portion.

A tool shape model for processing a material, that includes a strict tool shape, and a tool shape model for checking interference, that is included in the strict tool shape, are generated by tool model setting unit according to an error range set in consideration of the tool movement path and the expression accuracy of the shape model, and the processed material shape model is generated by generating a tool processing area shape model from the tool movement path during processing feed and the tool shape model for processing the material and removing the tool processing area shape model from the material shape model. The tool processing area shape model is generated from a tool movement path during fast feed and the tool shape model for detecting the interference, and the interference between the tool processing area shape model and the material shape model is detected.

    摘要: Even in an uncuttable state in which an actual rotational direction of a main spindle is not matched with an actually cuttable main spindle rotational direction of a tool, an interference check between a workpiece and the tool is performed. Accordingly, the cuttable main spindle rotational direction of the selected tool or the uncuttable main spindle rotational direction is compared with each main spindle rotational direction of a working machine during execution of a simulation, and it is determined whether an interference check between the tool blade edge and the workpiece is necessary on the basis of the comparison result. When it is determined that the interference check is not necessary in the step above, the interference check between the tool blade edge and the workpiece is not performed. When it is determined that the interference check is necessary, the interference check between the tool blade edge and the workpiece is performed. When the interference therebetween is present, abnormality is detected.

    摘要: A preceding-check processing sequence is provided separately from a machine-control processing sequence for an actual machine control, to make it possible to perform a collision check at an accurate position from an operation restart time of a machining program even when an operator interrupts an operation in the middle of the machining program or when the operator interrupts the operation as having detected a collision. This preceding-check processing sequence performs a collision possibility check ahead of an actual machine control. In this arrangement, there is provided a control-state synchronizing unit that matches a state of the preceding-check processing sequence with a state of the machine-control processing sequence during a period from when a machine stops until when the machine restarts an operation.
