    摘要： A camera with a voice command system includes a switch which selectively brings the voice command system to one of learning and working modes. During the learning mode, various command voices spoken into a microphone and each registered in the camera at a designated section. During the working mode, a spoken command voice is compared with each one of the registered command voices and recognized by the one that correlates mostly for generating a control signal relying on the identified section.

    摘要： A camera in which the ratio of an object to the photographing frame can be set comprises a varifocal lens in which the in-focus position is changed in accordance with the change in the focal lens and a focusing lens for correcting the focus by the varifocal lens. The size of the object is set to the desired size by using the varifocal lens, and thereafter the deviation of the in-focus point is controlled by the focusing lens. Since the zooming is carried out by using a varifocal lens, a camera can be provided in which the ratio of an object to the photographing frame can be set in a simple structure.

    摘要： In a automatic focussing camera a focusing lens is moved toward the in-focus position while performing a defocus detection while the defocus amount of the photographic lens is large so as to repeatedly judge the error of the position of the focusing lens. When the defocus amount is decreased lower than a predetermined value the lens is stopped and further defocus detection is made for effecting an accurate defocus detection. The error of the defocus detection is small partly because the defocus detection is made while the lens is stopped, and partly because the defocus detection is made under such a state that the error is smaller than the predetermined value.

    摘要： A controlling device that determines the diaphragm aperture of the camera in accordance with an output of a light measuring circuit, which detects a light from an object to be photographed being illuminated by a light which includes an alternatingly changing component and has its intensity maintained constant in effect for a given time period. The device is equipped with a smoothing circuit for smoothing the ripple component in the photoelectric output. The smoothing circuit is set to have a charge time constant smaller than the discharge time constant and generates an output equivalent to the peak value of the ripple component. The light that illuminates the photographic object can be generated from the electronic flash and the photoelectric detector may be arranged within the body of a camera to receive the light from the photographic object that passes through the diaphragm aperture of the camera.

    摘要： A flash photography system for a camera which is adapted to be used with an electronic flash device which supplies a control signal when the device is a ready condition. The camera includes a diaphragm control circuit which automatically control the diaphragm aperture in accordance with a measurement of the light from the scene to be photographed. The diaphragm control circuit includes a circuit for producing a first program signal for controlling the diaphragm aperture and camera exposure time in a first programmed relationship with the light measurement for daylight or natural light photography, and a circuit for produces a second program signal for controlling the diaphragm aperture in a second programmed relationship with the light measurement for flash photography. The second program signal is adapted to provide a proper exposure for the ambient light condition as well as the flash light illumination.
