摘要: The present invention has its object to provide a curable composition which comprises a reactive silyl group-containing organic polymer, does not contain, as a silanol condensation catalyst, any organotin type curing catalyst currently of concern because of the toxic feature thereof, is excellent in surface curability and depth curability and, further, can provide cured products excellent in adhesiveness; the above object can be achieved by a curable composition which comprises: an organic polymer (A) containing a silicon-containing group capable of crosslinking under siloxane bond formation; and a guanidine compound (B-1), as a silanol condensation catalyst (B), represented by the general formula (1): R1N═C(NR12)2 (1) (wherein one of the five R1s is an aryl group and the other four R1s each independently is a hydrogen atom or a hydrocarbon group in which the carbon atom at position 1 is saturated).

摘要: The present invention has its object to provide a curable composition which comprises a guanidine compound as a non-organotin type catalyst, is less discolored, has good surface curability, depth curability, strength rise and adhesiveness, and can retain the curability even after storage; the above object can be achieved by a curable composition which comprises: (A) an organic polymer containing a silyl group capable of crosslinking under siloxane bond formation, the silyl group being a group represented by the general formula (1): —SiX3 (1) (wherein X represents a hydroxyl group or a hydrolyzable group and the three X groups may be mutually the same or different), (B) a guanidine compound (B-1) as a silanol condensation catalyst, and (C) a plasticizer, wherein the content of the component (B-1) is not lower than 0.1 part by weight but lower than 8 parts by weight per 100 parts by weight of the component (A), and a non-phthalate ester plasticizer accounts for 80 to 100% by weight of the (C) component plasticizer.

摘要: The present invention aims to provide a curable composition without adverse effects on the environment, which exhibits excellent curability without containing a toxic organotin curing catalyst, and gives a cured product that does not have discoloration and cracks on the surface thereof even after being exposed to the atmosphere and ultraviolet light for a long time. The present invention also aims to provide the cured product. The curable composition comprises: (A) an organic polymer having a reactive silyl group; (B) a guanidine compound having a specific structure; and (C) a phosphorus compound that has an aryl group, has a phosphorus atom with an oxidation number of +5, and has a melting point of 23° C. or higher.

摘要: The present invention aims to provide a curable composition without adverse effects on the environment, which exhibits excellent curability without containing a toxic organotin curing catalyst, and gives a cured product that does not have discoloration and cracks on the surface thereof even after being exposed to the atmosphere and ultraviolet light for a long time. 摘要: A curable composition, which comprises: (A) an organic polymer having a reactive silicon-containing group, (B) a carboxylic acid and/or a metal salt of a carboxylic acid, (C) an amine compound having no reactive silicon group, (D) a silane compound substituted with an amino group and (E) a silane compound substituted with an epoxy group, wherein the ratio of the molar number (d) of all amino groups of the silane compound substituted with an amino group (D) contained in the composition to the molar number (e) of all epoxy groups of a silane compound substituted with an amino group (E) contained in the composition (i.e., the ratio of (d)/(e))) is 1 or more, and further the total amount of the component (D) and the component (E) with respect to 100 g of the component (A) is 30 mmol or more. The above curable composition is a curable composition which comprises an organic polymer having a silicon-containing group and being crosslinkable through the formation of a siloxane bonding, and which uses a curing catalyst free of an organotin compound and exhibits good adhesiveness and also stable curability even after it is stored.

摘要: An object of the present invention is to provide a curable composition that provides high hardness and can be used in adhesives and coating agents. This object can be achieved by a curable composition containing: 100 parts by weight of a reactive silyl group-containing organic polymer (A) that has a number average molecular weight of 2,000 to 6,000 and contains 1.3 to 5 reactive silyl groups per molecule; and 0 to 40 parts by weight of a plasticizer (C). This curable composition is suitable for flooring adhesives and tile adhesives, which require high hardness.

摘要: The present invention provides a curable composition capable of giving rubbery cured products having excellent adhesion properties against all-purpose substrates, improved in weather-resistant adhesion properties against photocatalyst-coated transparent substrates, low in modulus and high in elongation and, further, showing high weather resistance without undergoing surface cracking or discoloration even when used outdoors for a long period of time. In addition, the above-mentioned curable composition maintains the rate of curing after storage. The curable composition of the present invention comprises a vinyl polymer (I) the main chain of which is the product of living radical polymerization and which contains at least one crosslinkable silyl group, and an oxygen-curable substance (II).
