The value from this technology is to provide a virgin-material-analog that may be readily integrated at high ratio, into new tire construction using conventional tire chemistry and manufacturing techniques resulting in a sustainable and significant, positive cost-benefit ratio as compared to current tire manufacturing economics.

摘要: Provided is a surface-treated steel sheet including: a steel sheet; and a corrosion-resistant film layer formed on at least one surface of the steel sheet. The corrosion-resistant film layer includes a product formed by a hydrolysis reaction of silica and an alkoxy silane and an acrylate-based polymer, comprises 25 to 65 wt % of carbon (C), 20 to 70 wt % of silicon (Si), and 1 to 40 wt % of oxygen (O), and in the corrosion-resistant film layer, a ratio of silicon (Si) to oxygen (O) (Si—O bonding) and silicon (Si) to carbon (C) (Si—C bonding) is 80 to 95 wt %:5 to 20 wt %.

摘要: A foamed rubber shoe material is obtained from a rubber shoe base material by vulcanization, foaming, and cutting, the rubber shoe base material includes a rubber sheet and a cloth attached on the rubber sheet, the rubber sheet is prepared from a premixed rubber material in an open mill, the premixed rubber material includes the following components in parts by weight: 44-48 parts of rubber matrix, 24-28 parts of a filler, 5-7 parts of an oil material, 4-5 parts of a vulcanization agent, 1.8-2.2 parts of an antiager, 0.5-0.7 parts of an accelerator, 4-6 parts of triterpenoid saponin, 8-12 parts of n-butanol, 3-5 parts of an unsaturated fatty acid, 7-9 parts of sulfur, 1.6-2.4 parts of dicumyl peroxide, and 10-14 parts of a foaming agent, the foaming agent includes a combination of 4,4′-oxybis(benzenesulfonyl hydrazide), petroleum ether, dichloroethane and at least one bicarbonate, and the rubber matrix includes a natural rubber.

摘要: The present disclosure is directed to methods of forming polyimide gels. The methods generally include forming a polyamic acid and dehydrating the polyamic acid with a dehydrating agent in the presence of water. The resulting polyimide gels may be converted to polyimide or carbon xerogels or aerogels. The methods are advantageous in providing rapid or even instantaneous gelation, which may be particularly useful in formation of beads comprising the polyimide gels. Polyimide or carbon gel materials prepared according to the disclosed method are suitable for use in environments containing electrochemical reactions, for example as an electrode material within a lithium-ion battery.

摘要: In a golf ball having a core and a cover of one or more layer, the core is a product molded under heat from a rubber composition which includes (a) a base rubber, (b) a co-crosslinking agent which is an α,β-unsaturated carboxylic acid and/or a metal salt thereof, (c) an organic peroxide, and (d) water, wherein the content of component (d) is set within a specific range and components (b) and (c) are included in relative amounts that satisfy a specific condition. The core has a specific compressive deformation and a specific hardness difference between the center and surface thereof. Owing to the large hardness difference in the internal hardness profile of the core, the ball exhibits low spin characteristics when hit, improving the flight performance, yet retains a good durability to impact.

摘要: A polarizing plate and an optical display including the same are provided. The polarizing plate is composed of a display region and a non-display region surrounding the display region, and includes: a polarizer; and a bonding layer and a first polarizer protective film sequentially stacked on an upper surface of the polarizer. A light shielding layer includes a UV absorbent material and is embedded in the bonding layer to constitute at least a portion of the non-display region. The light shielding layer is formed on at least one surface of the first polarizer protective film.
