The electronic apparatus is provided with a first cabinet having the partition and an isolation wall that encloses to seal the first chamber, a second cabinet enclosing the second chamber and having an intake port and an exhaust port, a thermoconductive member arranged in the first chamber and connected thermally to the heat generator and to the partition, a heat collecting-radiating member arranged in the second chamber and connected thermally to the partition, and an air blower arranged in the second chamber so as to circulate the air in the second chamber.

摘要： Provided is a motor control device that includes a controller outputting a PWM control signal for controlling a multiphase electric motor, a driving signal generator generating a switching element driving signal for driving the multiphase electric motor according to the PWM control signal output from the controller, and a bridge circuit configured of a plurality of semiconductor switching elements switching a current flowing through the multiphase electric motor according to the switching element driving signal generated by the driving signal generator. The controller is provided on a first board. The driving signal generator and the bridge circuit are provided on a second board and are connected by wiring provided on the second board. The first board and the second board are connected by a predetermined inter-board connecting line. The controller outputs the PWM control signal to the driving signal generator through the predetermined inter-board connecting line.

摘要： A motor control apparatus includes: duty calculation units that calculate a duty of a PWM signal based on a deviation between a value of a physical quantity of a motor with a command value; and a duty setting unit that performs setting of the duty based on the duty calculated by the duty calculation units. The duty setting unit maintains a present duty until new duty is input from any one of the plurality of duty calculation units, and updates the duty from the present duty to the new duty when the new duty is input from any one of the plurality of duty calculation units. A PWM signal generation unit generates the PWM signal based on the duty set by the duty setting unit and a carrier signal generated by a carrier signal generation unit.

摘要： An electronic device includes: a casing in which electronic components including a heat-emitting component which emits heat during operation are accommodated; a heat-dissipating component including a plurality of fins to which heat emitted in the heat-emitting component transfers; a fan operable to supply cooling air to the heat-dissipating component; and a cleaning component movable on an end surface of the fins along the side nearer the fan with the cleaning component abutting against the end surface of the fins. In these features, dust on the end surface of the fins can be automatically removed by moving the cleaning component in the case of the spatial orientation of the electronic device being changed. Therefore, an effect of removing heat emitted in the heat-emitting components, by using cooling air supplied from the fan, can be continuously obtained.

摘要： In an organic EL display device comprising a substrate, a plurality of pixel regions in each of which a first electrode, a light emitting material layer, and a second electrode are laminated in this order above the substrate, and a bank film formed above the substrate to separate respective one of the pixel regions from another of the pixel regions adjacent thereto, wherein the bank film has a plurality of openings exposing upper surfaces of the first electrodes to the light emitting material layers in the respective pixel regions, and the second electrode is formed over the a plurality of openings of the bank film in common with the pixel regions, the present invention forms the bank film of an inorganic material and shapes a side wall thereof lying around each of the openings thereof to be sloped at an angle less than 85 degrees (°) with respect to a principal surface of the substrate in order to prevent the deterioration of the light emitting material layer and disconnection of the second electrode at steps of bank film lying in the vicinity of the openings thereof.

摘要： An organic light emitting apparatus comprising a substrate and a plurality of organic light emitting devices having different emission colors to each other formed on the substrate, each of the plurality of organic light emitting devices including a cathode, an electron injection layer which is in contact with the cathode, organic compound layers including a light emitting layer, and an optically-transparent anode, the electron injection layer including an organic compound and at least one of an alkali metal, an alkaline earth metal, an alkali metal compound, and an alkaline earth metal compound. The electron injection layer has a thickness adjusted for each of the different emission colors so that each of the plurality of organic light emitting devices having the different emission colors enhances light emitted from the light emitting layer.
