    Abstract: The present invention relates to a compound of the formula (I) wherein all of R1 to R11, except one, are independently selected from the group consisting of H, D, F, substituted or unsubstituted C1 to C18 alkyl, substituted or unsubstituted C6 to C42 aryl, substituted or unsubstituted C3 to C42 heteroaryl; and adjacent groups R1 to R11 may be linked to each other to form a fused ring, wherein the one of R1 to R11 not selected from the above groups is a group G, wherein the group G comprises one atom A having an electron pair in a p-orbital thereof; the group G comprises two 6-membered aryl rings which are attached to the atom A, wherein each of the two 6-membered aryl rings is attached to the atom A via a single bond respectively; and wherein the two 6-membered aryl rings attached to the atom A may be connected with each other via a single bond; the group G comprises 12 to 66 carbon atoms in total; the group G is attached to the benzoacridine part of the compound of formula (I) via a single bond or via a C6 to C18 arylene group, wherein the C6 to C18 arylene group is part of the group G; and the group G is unsubstituted or substituted with one or more substituents independently selected from the group consisting of D, F, C1 to C18 alkyl, C6 to C42 aryl, C6 to C42 heteroaryl, (R12)2P═O, CN or G′, wherein the group G′ is defined likewise the group G with the exception that the group G′ is not attached to the benzoacridine part of the compound of formula (I) but to the group G via a single bond or via a C6 to C18 arylene group, wherein the C6 to C18 arylene group is part of the group G′ provided that in case that the group G is attached to the benzacridine part of the compound of formula (I) via the C6 to C18 arylene group, substituents which may be attached to the C6 to C18 arylene group are only selected from the group consisting of C1 to C18 alkyl, C6 to C42 aryl, (R12)2P═O and CN; wherein in case that at least one of R1 to R11, which is not the group G, is substituted, the respective substituent or substituents are independently selected from the group consisting of D, F, C1 to C18 alkyl, C6 to C36 aryl, C6 to C42 heteroaryl, (R12)2P═O, CN; and wherein R12 are independently selected from the group consisting of C1 to C18 alkyl and C6 to C24 aryl, an organic electronic device comprising the compound and a display device or lighting device comprising the organic electronic device.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to a charge transporting semi-conducting material comprising: a) at least one electrical dopant, and b) a branched or cross-linked charge-transporting polymer comprising cyclobutenone cross-linking units of at least one of the general formulae la and/or lb, wherein aa) Pol1, Pol2, Pol3 and Pol4 are independently selected chains of the charge-transporting polymer, bb) X1, X2, X3, and X4 are independently selected optional spacer units or, independently, represent direct bonding of Pol1, Pol2, Pol3 and Pol4 chains to the cyclobutenone ring, cc) Z1, Z2, Z3, and Z4 are independently selected from H, halogen or a carbon-containing group; the charge transporting semi-conducting material being obtainable by a process comprising: i) providing a solution containing aaa) at least one precursor charge transporting compound comprising at least one covalently attacked alkenyloxy group having generic formula II wherein X is an optional spacer which is further linked to a charge transporting structural moiety of the precursor charge transporting compound, the dashed line represents the bonding to a charge transporting structural moiety of the precursor charge transporting compound and Z1, Z2, Z3, and Z4 are independently selected from H, halogen or the carbon-containing group, bbb) at least one electrical dopant, ccc) at least one solvent, ii) depositing the solution on a substrate, iii) removing the solvent, and iv) reacting the alkinyloxy groups to effect crosslinking, preferably by heating, wherein the average number of the alkinyloxy groups per one molecule of the precursor charge transporting compound provided in the step i) is equal to or greater than 2, preferably greater than 2.05, and a process for preparing the same.
