Abstract: A stent formed by weaving wires includes: a plurality of straight-line crossing portions, which are formed by crossing at least two straight-line portions of the wires and are arranged adjacent to each other in a circumferential direction of the stent; and a plurality of interlocking portions configured by intersecting a peak-shaped bent portion, in which the wire is bent in a first direction side which is one side of a longitudinal axis direction of the stent and becomes convex, and a valley-shaped bent portion, in which the wire is bent in a second direction side which is the other side of the longitudinal axis direction and becomes convex, and arranged so as to be adjacent to each other in the circumferential direction of the stent, wherein the interlocking portions and the straight-line crossing portions are arranged alternately in the longitudinal axis direction.

Abstract: Provided is a covered stent manufacturing method including: disposing an inner cover inside a stent body having a mesh structure formed by knitting wires, the stent body having engagement portions, each of which is formed by hooking two bent portions of the wires with each other; disposing an outer cover outside the stent body; forming a slack portion that expands in a radial direction of the stent body in at least one of the covers, the slack portion creating slack that allows movements of the two bent portions in a longitudinal direction and the radial direction of the stent body in at least one of the covers; and joining the covers with each other in regions on an inner side of the mesh of the mesh structure.

The plurality of straight line intersection portions have a first straight line intersection portion and a second straight line intersection portion. The plurality of engagement portions have a first engagement portion, a second engagement portion, a third engagement portion, and a fifth engagement portion. The first engagement portion and the second engagement portion are disposed at different positions in the axial direction.

Abstract: Disclosed is a stent device including: a stent formed in a cylindrical shape by weaving a wire; and a cover formed by overlapping an inside cover disposed on an inside of the stent and an outside cover disposed on an outside of the stent, wherein the cover has a fixation portion at which the inside cover and the outside cover are fixed to each other, and an accommodation portion which is formed by the inside cover and the outside cover and accommodates the wire, and wherein the accommodation portion has a normal accommodation portion and an expanded accommodation portion that is wider than the normal accommodation portion in a radial direction.
