    Abstract: A treatment tool includes a first gripping member, a second gripping member configured to be opened and closed with respect to the first gripping member, a heat radiating member and a first heat conductive member. A predetermined position between a closed state and an opened state is defined as a switching position in a process of changing the closed state to the opened state, a first region is defined as a region from the closed state to the switching position, and a second region is defined as a region from the switching position to the opened state. The first heat conductive member brings the first gripping member and the heat radiating member into a non-thermally contacted state in the first region, and brings the first gripping member and the heat radiating member into a thermally contacted state in the second region.

    Abstract: In a fee-setting system, an assessment unit assesses the degree of appropriateness in a medical facility regarding the use of a device relating to medical treatment used in the medical facility based on the degree of deviation and information regarding the medical facility, in which the degree of deviation that is obtained by comparing information indicating the usage status of the device that has been detected by a detection unit for detecting the usage status of the device with reference information regarding the method of using the device. A calculation unit calculates a fee to be charged to the medical facility based on the degree of appropriateness.

    Abstract: For each finding, a finding image recorder records as a finding image an endoscopic image captured in the past. A compression processing unit performs a compression process on an endoscopic image captured by a capsule endoscope so as to generate a compressed image. A similarity determination unit determines, when the compression processing unit performs a compression process on the endoscopic image, whether or not the endoscopic image is similar to a finding image recorded in the finding image recorder. When the endoscopic image is determined to be similar to the finding image by the similarity determination unit, the compression processing unit adds predetermined information to the compressed image.
