Abstract:
An observation apparatus includes an imaging unit, a driving mechanism, and a control section. The imaging unit includes an imaging section and an illumination section. The imaging section includes an image sensor and an imaging optical system, and images a sample to output an image signal. The illumination section includes a plurality of emitting sections which are located away from an optical axis of the imaging optical system and configured to emit illumination light toward the sample. The driving mechanism moves the imaging unit. The control section controls operations of the imaging section, the illumination section, and the driving mechanism. The control section determines a lighting emitting section of the emitting sections and causes the lighting emitting section to light based on the image signal, when the imaging unit is moved by the driving mechanism.
Abstract:
An imaging operation guidance device, comprises an imaging sensor that obtains images of an object and outputs image data relating to the object, a memory that stores the image data and an operation history for the image sensor, and a controller that determines guidance for a current image being obtained, based on difference between at least one previous image and the current image, in accordance with the operation history that has been stored in the memory.
Abstract:
An image terminal apparatus includes: an imaging unit configured to image an object continuously and generate image data sequentially; a buffer memory configured to store temporarily and sequentially the image data; an I/F circuit configured to sequentially write the image data stored in the buffer memory on a recording medium attached externally; a communicating circuit configured to sequentially transmit the image data stored in the buffer memory through communication with a peripheral device according to a predetermined communication standard; a detecting circuit configured to detect a remaining amount of data storable in the buffer memory; a first determining circuit configured to determine whether the remaining amount is equal to or less than a predetermined threshold; and a data control circuit configured to control a mode of the image data sequentially stored in the buffer memory based on a determination result by the first determining circuit.
Abstract:
An observation apparatus includes an imaging unit that includes an imaging section and an illumination section, a driving mechanism that moves the imaging unit, a position control section, a vessel position acquisition section, an illumination control section, an imaging control section that causes the imaging section to image a sample. The illumination section includes a plurality of emitting sections configured to emit illumination light and illuminates the sample. The position control section and the vessel position acquisition section acquire position information on the imaging unit and the sample, respectively. The illumination control section selects which of the emitting sections emits illumination light and causes the selected emitting section to emit main illumination light based on the position information on the sample and the imaging unit.
Abstract:
A photographing method includes (a) setting a subject as a target subject; (b) determining, automatically, at least one of whether the target subject is at a periphery of a photographer's photographing range and whether the target subject is leaving the photographer's photographing range; and (c) responsive to one of a determination that the target subject is at a periphery of the photographer's photographing range and a determination that the target subject is leaving the photographer's photographing range, cropping, automatically, an image include the target subject using a digital zoom operation.
