A frequency controller performs control on the drive voltage generator to change the frequency of a square-waveform alternating voltage so that the difference between the first current and the second current is reduced or approaches a minimum.

    摘要: An ultrasonic vibrator driving apparatus performs driving by applying an alternating voltage as a drive voltage to an ultrasonic vibrator that includes a piezoelectric element and has a unique resonance frequency. The drive voltage is generated with a variable frequency in a frequency range including the resonance frequency of the ultrasonic vibrator. The frequency of the drive voltage is repeatedly swept with a predetermined sweep width and a predetermined sweep period so as to include the resonance frequency, based on a reference frequency set according to the resonance frequency of the ultrasonic vibrator. The sweep period and the sweep width are restricted by being associated so as to fall within a predetermined allowed range on a two-dimensional map divided by the sweep period and the sweep width.

The first and/or the second replacement members include a functional unit configured to operate with an additional frequency component different from the first and second frequency components. A replacement member attached to the main body receives the oscillation output including the first, second and additional frequency components from the main body.

    摘要: A nebulizer comprising a power supply system of the present invention performs wireless power supply from a power transmission-side circuit to a power reception-side circuit. The power transmission-side circuit transmits a power to the power reception-side circuit at a certain oscillation frequency through a power transmission coil. In the power reception-side circuit, a power reception coil and a load configure a power reception-side resonance circuit to determine a resonance frequency of the power reception-side resonance circuit. When the resonance frequency of the power reception-side resonance circuit changes due to a change in an impedance of a load during power supply, a control unit controls an oscillation frequency to maintain a power transmission efficiency from the power transmission-side circuit to the power reception-side circuit.
