Abstract: The present invention identifies whether or not a user consents to providing personal information including biological information to a third party. A biological information measuring device having a function for communicating with a communication device having a communication area of a specific range and a function for measuring information of a living body pertaining to a user includes a transmission control unit configured to transmit, when the biological information measuring device is detected as having entered the communication area, identification information unique to the biological information measuring device to the communication device, and a reception control unit configured to receive, when the communication device has stored in advance the identification information and personal information of the user associated with the identification information, a response signal from the communication device indicating that consent is regarded as having been obtained for providing, to a third party, the personal information and the information of the living body in association with each other.
