    Abstract: A wheeze detection device that allows suppressing a noise and improving detection accuracy of wheezing. The device includes a first microphone configured by a MEMS microphone, a space-forming member (a first housing, an O-ring, a flexible circuit board, and a second housing) forming an accommodation space that accommodates the first microphone, and a housing cover that forms a pressure receiving unit that closes the accommodation space and receives a pressure from a body surface. The space-forming member has a hole portion connected to an atmosphere. The accommodation space is connected to the atmosphere via the hole portion. The hole portion includes branch portions to between a groove and a terminal and two branched hole portions branched at each branch portion from a side of the groove. One branched hole portion among the two branched hole portions is connected to the terminal. The other branched hole portion is closed.

    Abstract: Provided is a biological sound measurement device capable of smoothly performing tasks from measurement initiation to result confirmation, that includes a sound measurement unit including a contact surface configured to be brought into contact with the body surface of a subject, a gripping portion supporting the sound measurement unit and configured to be gripped by a measurer, and a display unit provided to the gripping portion and configured to display an analysis result of a biological sound measured by the sound measurement unit. The gripping portion is configured to be gripped by the measurer in a state in which an index finger of the measurer is placed on a back surface of the sound measurement unit, and the display unit is provided on a surface of the gripping portion on the body surface side in a state in which the contact surface is in contact with the body surface.

    Abstract: Provided is a biological sound measurement device to improve a measurement accuracy, that includes a sound measurement unit having a contact surface configured to be brought into contact with a body surface, and a gripping portion supporting the sound measurement unit and configured to be gripped by a measurer. The gripping portion is configured to be gripped in a state in which an index finger is placed in a recessed portion, the sound measurement unit includes a sound detector, a housing forming an accommodation space accommodating the sound detector and includes an opening, and a cover closing the opening from outside the accommodation space and forming a pressure-receiving region configured to receive pressure from the body surface. The contact surface is formed by a front surface of the cover, and the opening positioned on a straight line extending in a direction of a force applied from the index finger.
