Abstract: A blood pressure measurement device includes: a pulse wave acquisition unit configured to acquire a pulse wave of a human body; a blood pressure value measurement unit configured to calculate a blood pressure value based on the pulse wave; a pulse wave reproduction information generation unit configured to generate pulse wave reproduction information, the pulse wave reproduction information being dynamic information reproducing pulsation of the pulse wave at a time of calculation of the blood pressure value; a storage unit configured to store the pulse wave reproduction information; a display unit configured to be capable of displaying the blood pressure value calculated; and an output unit configured to be capable of outputting the pulse wave reproduction information. The output unit can output the pulse wave reproduction information related to the pulse wave at the time of calculation of the blood pressure value when the blood pressure value is displayed.

Abstract: An electronic sphygmomanometer includes a cuff pressure control unit, a pressure detection unit, and a blood pressure measurement unit that extracts a pulse wave signal and measures blood pressure based on the pulse wave signal. A pulse wave interval calculation unit obtains a data group representing pulse wave intervals based on the pulse wave signal obtained only in one depressurization process for a subject for each one measurement occasion. A determination unit aggregates data groups for three or more measurement occasions to obtain an average value of the pulse wave intervals, and determines whether or not there is a possibility that atrial fibrillation occurred based on whether or not there is data of an irregular pulse wave exceeding an allowable range with respect to the average value.

Abstract: A biological information measurement device includes a pulse acquisition mechanism configured to detect a pulse of a human body, a pulse interval calculation mechanism configured to calculate, based on the pulse, a pulse interval between one beat and a beat immediately before the one beat, and a display mechanism configured to display a level indicator visually indicating at least one of the pulse interval or an amount of change from another pulse interval immediately before the pulse interval. The level indicator indicates, per beat of the pulse detected, the pulse interval or the amount of change.
