Abstract: The invention provides a valve disposed in a fluid supply path to control opening or closing of the supply path, configured to comprise, as components of the supply path, an inflow channel, a second channel, a first channel, and an outflow channel that are in communication with each other in sequence, in such a manner that fluid from a supply source entering the inflow channel passes through the second channel and the first channel in sequence and then flows out through the outflow channel. The valve further comprises a first valve piece and a second valve piece disposed movably in the first channel and the second channel respectively. Blocking or unblocking of the communication between the first channel and the outflow channel is controlled by movement of the first valve piece in the first channel, while blocking or unblocking of the communication between the inflow channel and the first channel via the second channel is controlled by movement of the second valve in the second channel. In this way, the valve enables opening or closing of the supply path through dual control by the first valve piece and the second valve piece.

An injection-molding method includes providing an extruding system configured to produce a mixture, a discharging channel including an outlet, and first and second molding devices; engaging the outlet with the first molding device; injecting the mixture into the first molding device; disengaging the outlet from the first molding device; moving the discharging channel away from the first molding device and toward the second molding device; engaging the outlet with the second molding device; injecting the mixture into the second molding device; and disengaging the outlet from the second molding device.

Abstract: The present invention provides a method for compression-molding a foamed polymer article, where compared with the shape of a final product to be molded, a foamed blank article has a redundant protruding part at a particular position, which is different from the shape of the final product; and when the foamed blank is hot-melt-molded again by using a mold, an external force is applied to compress the redundant protruding part to reduce the volume and increase the density, so that the final product obtained has a higher density at the position corresponding to the redundant protruding part than other parts. Thereby, the final product can have different densities at different positions, so as to meet the requirements in practical application.

Abstract: A connection stabilizing mechanism between a solid tire and a bicycle rim. The connection stabilizing mechanism includes multiple fastening members connecting a solid tire with a bicycle rim. Each of the fastening members has a plate-shaped base section engaged with the bicycle rim and an extension section inserted into the solid tire. A free end of the extension section is inserted into the solid tire. A ratio of an extension length of the extension sect ion to a tire height of the solid tire is between 1:1.5 and 1:2.6, thereby maintaining a relative position of the center of a main body of the solid tire relative to the rim. Thus, the solid tire is prevented from being detached from the rim due to excessive lateral movement of the central position of the main body of the solid tire.

Abstract: A processing method for molding a foamed polymer, which includes molding a mixture of a polymer material and a foaming agent in a space of a mould chamber into a molded article having a predetermined shape. The shape of the entire space of the mould chamber is an injection molding shape that is different from the shape of the molded article before the mould chamber is fully filled with the mixture, and a shape of at least one local part of the mould chamber is changed after the space of the mould chamber is fully filled with the mixture. An exterior peripheral surface of a substrate of a movable portion and an adjustment end face are located in a center portion of a first mould surface and are spaced apart from all outer edges of the first mould surface.

Abstract: A connection structure between airless tire and rim and fastening members thereof. The connection structure includes: a rim having an annular rim body and an annular connection groove formed on outer circumference of the rim body; an airless tire having an annular tire body coaxially fitted on the rim body, multiple sockets radially extending from inner circumference of the tire body into the tire body; and multiple fastening members. Each of the fastening members has an extension section with a predetermined length. The extension section is coaxially inserted in the corresponding socket with one end protruding from an opening of the socket on the inner circumference of the tire body. The fastening member further has a base section fixedly connected with one end of the extension section. The base section is engaged in the connection groove.
