    摘要: A hydraulic vibration damper has a cylinder that is filled with a damping medium, displaceably accommodates a working piston disposed on a piston rod, through which the damping medium can flow, and is divided by the piston into two chambers. There is an equalization chamber that is connected with the working chamber, a pressure channel connected with the chamber on the piston rod side, and a controllable setting valve module connected with the pressure channel and the equalization chamber. The setting valve module has a pilot valve arrangement having a pilot pressure chamber and a pilot valve. The pilot pressure chamber is hydraulically separated from the main valve, and is connected with a valve chamber by a connection channel and at least one throttle point. A pressure element counteracts opening of the main valve, and pressure that acts on the main valve can be varied by the pilot valve.

    摘要: The invention relates to a vibration damper having an amplitude-selective damping device, comprising a damper tube (1) which is filled with damping fluid and in which a piston rod (2) is disposed in such a manner as to be able to move in a reciprocating manner, said piston rod supporting a damping piston (5) which divides the inner space of the damper tube (1) into a piston rod-side working chamber (3) and a working chamber (4) remote from the piston rod, a space (6) to receive damping fluid, which space is disposed inside a bypass provided between the working chambers (3, 4) and hydraulically in parallel with the damping piston (5) and in which an axially moveable separating piston (7) is disposed which divides the space (6) into a piston rod-side chamber (8) and a chamber (9) remote from the piston rod, wherein the bypass comprises at least a first hydraulic connection channel (10), via which the piston rod-side working chamber (3) is connected to the piston rod-side chamber (8), and at least a second hydraulic connection channel (11), via which the working chamber (4) remote from the piston rod is connected to the chamber (9) remote from the piston rod, and wherein inside the bypass at least two valves (12, 13) are disposed, of which one is effective in the extension stage and one is effective in the compression stage. In order to develop this type of vibration damper in such a manner that the amplitude-selective damping device is formed in a structurally convenient manner and comprises a sensitive response behaviour even at very low amplitudes, it is proposed that the separating piston (7) is disposed inside the space (6) so as to be able to move axially freely and the chambers (8, 9) are disposed in a mutually sealing manner, the first valve (12) acts in the compression stage as an admission valve without a pressure limiting effect or as a pressure limiting valve and acts in the extension stage as a non-return valve, the second valve (13) acts in the extension stage as a pressure limiting valve and acts in the compression stage as a non-return valve, and the space (6) accommodating the separating piston is connected to the connection channels (10, 11) such that the entire bypass volume flow is utilised in the extension stage and in the compression stage in each case completely for the axial displacement of the separating piston (7) inside the space (6).

    摘要: A vibration damper having a sensitive response behavior at very low amplitudes comprises a separating piston being disposed inside a bypass so as to move axially freely. The separating piston divides the bypass into two chambers mutually sealed from one another. Two valves are disposed in the bypass. The first valve acts in a compression stage as a pressure limiting valve and as a non return valve in an extension stage. The second valve acts as a pressure limiting valve in the extension stage and as a non return valve in the compression stage.
