    Abstract: The invention relates to a method for producing bent spring rails from an endless spring band. The method is characterized by the following steps: continuous bending of a section of spring band; cutting the bent section of spring band into a spring rail; discontinuous reverse bending to reduce the internal stresses of the bent, cut-to-length spring rail by subjecting the spring rail to at least one reverse bending force and/or heat-treating the cut-to-length spring rails, the heat treatment being a low-temperature treatment in this case, preferably at a temperature of less than 200 *C.

    Abstract: A method and a device for the production of curved spring strip sections. A spring strip runs through a bending unit formed from three separate support points and a reverse bending unit, arranged in series, and formed from a fourth support point. Bent and reverse-bent spring strip sections are separated off from the spring strip in a separator unit. In order to achieve a compact construction for the device, the third support point of the bending unit and the fourth support point of the reverse bending unit are adjustable in position relative to the spring strip, by a controller with pre-set programs.

    Abstract: A wiper blade for a wiper system for wiping motor vehicle windows includes a wiper blade rubber squeegee, which has a wiping lip that faces the window, a rear part that faces away from the window, and a tilting connecting element that joins the wiping lip to the rear part. The wiper blade also includes a strip-like elastic supporting element, or at least one spring rail, which stabilizes the wiper blade rubber squeegee. The supporting element can be joined to a wiper arm which can be transversally driven with regard to the longitudinal extension of the wiper blade and which can be tensioned against the window. The wiper blade is additionally provided with a casing or covering which surrounds, at least in sections, the rear part and the supporting element or the at least one spring rail. The casing is provided with a streamlined form, surrounds the rear part, and when viewed in a direction parallel to the window and of the longitudinal extension of the wiper blade, covers the tilting connecting element.     Abstract: A wiping device particularly for motor vehicles includes a wiper blade formed of a wiper rubber with two longitudinal grooves arranged opposite each other and a supporting element in the form of two elongated elastic rails arranged in the longitudinal grooves. An adapter element is provided on the supporting element to connect the wiper blades to a driveable wiper arm. A connecting element extending in a cross direction is used to connect the opposite-lying elastic rails and is arranged on at least one of the free ends of the wiper blade. The connecting element is welded to both of the front sides of the extremities of the elastic rails which are situated opposite each other.
