    摘要: A mold temperature adjusting apparatus is provided in which change-over timing of high temperature medium and low temperature medium is adjusted by a heat transmission delay in heating and cooling of a mold being taken into consideration, so that a cycle time of molding steps is shortened, a temperature deflection from a set temperature of the high temperature and low temperature medium is reduced, an energy loss is reduced and an optimal mold temperature for an injection step can be obtained. The mold temperature adjusting apparatus comprises a high temperature fluid tank and a low temperature fluid tank, a high temperature fluid supply system and a high temperature fluid return system between the mold and the high temperature fluid tank, a low temperature fluid supply system and a low temperature fluid return system between the mold and the low temperature fluid tank, a high temperature fluid by-pass system and a low temperature fluid by-pass system, a heat recovery tank connected to the high temperature fluid tank and a pressure adjusting means.

    摘要: A method for manufacturing a fiber-reinforced composite material of the present invention includes: the step (a) of placing a non-woven fabric N made of a reinforcement fiber in a movable mold 12; and the step (b) of moving the movable mold 12 toward a fixed mold 11 to close the mold and then injecting a thermoplastic resin into the mold to obtain a molded article formed of the non-woven fabric N and the thermoplastic resin. The mechanical strength of the obtained fiber-reinforced composite material can be enhanced by applying an injection compression molding process as the injection molding process in the step (b).

    摘要: There are provided a lightning-resistant fastener and a cap, which, while assuring sufficient insulation properties, provide improved workability and highly stable quality to thereby enable a reduction in the manufacturing cost of an airframe, and a method of mounting the lightning-resistant fastener. A hole 32 is formed in a cap 30, and a screw groove 32a is formed in the hole 32. The configuration enables the cap 30 to be reliably and easily positioned and installed on a fastener member 24 and reliably prevents the cap 30 from coming off after the installation thereof. This improves the workability to reduce the production cost while assuring sufficient insulation properties and enables the cap 30 to be installed with stable quality irrespective of workers. Preferably, the cap 30 is made of a resin in view of mass producibility, weight reduction, and the like.

A head portion 25b of a fastener main body 25 includes a head cap 50, and a shaft portion 25s of the fastener main body 25 includes a shaft cap 30, whereby a direct strike of lightning to a fastener member 24, and occurrence of an arc discharge from the fastener member 24 in the case of a lightning strike can be suppressed. A hole 52 is formed in the head cap 50, and a thread groove 52a is formed in the hole 52, whereby the head cap 50 can be reliably and easily positioned and attached to the fastener member 24.
