The first riveting portion fixes the coil bobbin to the first housing section by melting and deforming the first riveting portion with the first held section touching the first riveting portion. The second riveting portion fixes the sensor board to the first housing section by melting and deforming the second riveting portion with the second held section touching the second riveting portion.

The storage medium includes a plurality of normal sectors that stores data and a redundant sector that stores redundant sector data for restoring data stored in each of the normal sectors.
