Abstract: A hearing device comprises an ITE-part adapted for being located at or in an ear canal of the user comprising a housing comprising a seal towards walls or the ear canal, the ITE part comprising at least two microphones located outside the seal and facing the environment, and at least one microphone located inside the seal and facing the ear drum. The hearing device may comprise a beamformer filter connected to said at least three microphones comprising a first beamformer for spatial filtering said sound in the environment based on input signals from said at least two microphones facing the environment, and a second beamformer for spatial filtering sound reflected from the ear drum based on said at least one electric input signal from said at least one microphone facing the ear drum and at least one of said input signals from said at least two microphones facing the environment.

Abstract: A battery assembly for an electronic device such as a hearing aid is disclosed. The battery assembly includes; a compartment having a longitudinal axis and a transversal axis and being configured to receive and contain a battery; at least one electrical connection member for establishing electrical connection to a negative pole of the battery; at least one electrical connection member for establishing electrical connection to a positive pole of the battery; a guide structure configured to guide the battery into a predefined position in the compartment. The guide structure guides the battery into electrical connection with a first electrical connection member. A second electrical connection member when the battery is in a first configuration. The guide structure guides the battery into electrical connection with the first electrical connection member and a third electrical connection member when the battery has a reversed orientation.

The device includes at least one microphone configured to provide an input signal representing sound, a processor configured to process the input signal and provide a processed signal, at least one loudspeaker configured to receive the processed signal from the processor and to provide an acoustic signal based on the processed signal to the ear of a user, an earpiece comprising a vent, and an electrically controllable valve configured to control the vent, and a valve control unit configured to receive one or more control signals in dependence of a current hearing situation of the hearing device, wherein the valve control unit is configured to adjust the electrically controllable valve in dependence of the one or more control signals to provide the vent to be in a state between an acoustically more open and an acoustically less open state.
