    Abstract: A heartbeat detection device includes a bone conduction microphone that converts, into a signal, displacement on the body surface of a user in a thickness direction of the body of the user, and an extractor that extracts a first frequency component and a second frequency component which are included in the signal. The first frequency component is based on audio information of the user, and the second frequency component is based on heartbeat information of the user. The heartbeat detection device is capable of estimating the physical and psychological state of the user based on the heartbeat information by extracting both the audio information and the heartbeat information, from a signal that has been output by the bone conduction microphone.

    Abstract: There is provided a body-sensitive vibration headphone for suppressing resonance that occurs when a vibrator that generates body-sensitive vibration vibrates. The body-sensitive vibration headphone includes electroacoustic transducer (50) that converts an input signal into an acoustic wave, housing (20) that accommodates electroacoustic transducer (50), vibrator (31) that converts the input signal into vibration, and ear pad (40) attached to housing (20). Vibrator (31) is attached to ear pad (40), and a structure between vibrator (31) and ear pad (40) is formed such that conduction of the vibration from the vibrator (31) is impeded.

    Abstract: A bone conduction microphone includes a housing having an opening, a microphone pad, an element support member, a piezoelectric element, and a drive plate. The microphone pad is formed in a bottomed tubular shape having a bottom portion disposed outward and a tubular portion with an outer circumference fixed to an inner circumference of the opening. The element support member has an outer circumference fixed to an inner circumference of the tubular portion, and a support portion projecting toward the bottom portion. The piezoelectric element is in a plate shape with a peripheral edge of one surface fixed to the support portion and picks up vibration. The drive plate has a diaphragm part fixed to an inward surface of the bottom portion, and the diaphragm part is provided at a center with a protrusion fixed to an element central portion on another surface of the piezoelectric element.
