Abstract: A thermoelectric power generation device includes a plurality of units that are stacked, each unit including a thermoelectric module containing at least one thermoelectric element, and a first plate and a second plate interposing the thermoelectric module therebetween, wherein a spacer is interposed between a surface of one of the first plates facing away from the corresponding thermoelectric module and a surface of the opposing second plate facing away from the corresponding thermoelectric module, the spacer contacting the first plate and the second plate and defining a fluid passage jointly with the first plate and the second plate, and wherein the fluid passages defined between the adjacent units are configured to receive supply of high temperature fluid and low temperature fluid in an alternating manner in a stacking direction of the units. The plates can be conformed to the thermoelectric module, and the stiffness of the plate can be increased.

Abstract: A vehicle can execute an automatic driving mode and a manual driving mode as a driving mode. An assistance device supports mode switching from the automatic driving mode to the manual driving mode. The assistance device includes an acquisition interface and a notification interface. The acquisition interface acquires data indicating a situation around the vehicle. The notification interface that communicates a candidate position derived based on the data acquired by the acquisition interface, the candidate position being a candidate of a position where the mode switching should be executed.

Abstract: Even in a crowded situation in which multiple pedestrians and vehicles gather, it possible to sufficiently suppress pedestrian-vehicle communication between a pedestrian terminal device and a vehicle-mounted terminal device, and to reduce communication congestion due to an increase in traffic in pedestrian-vehicle communication. Pedestrian information transmitted from another pedestrian terminal device which exists in the vicinity of the pedestrian terminal device is received to the pedestrian-vehicle communication, the location information of the pedestrian terminal device is acquired in a positioning acquirer, and it is determined whether or not a pedestrian who carries the pedestrian terminal device is located on the inside of a pedestrian group based on location information of the pedestrian terminal device and location information of the other pedestrian terminal device included in the pedestrian information and in a case where the pedestrian is located on the inside of the pedestrian group in the controller, the pedestrian-vehicle communication is stopped.
