    摘要: A handheld device includes a first wireless transceiver and a second wireless transceiver. The first wireless transceiver is used for implementing normal communication. The second wireless transceiver is used for abnormal conditions. When the first wireless transceiver is used, the second wireless transceiver is disabled for saving electrical energy. The second wireless transceiver uses a different frequency from the first wireless transceiver. The second wireless transceiver can be used to establish a wireless link directly between the handheld device and a rescuing center without using base transceiver stations.
