Abstract: A communication assist device includes an information reception unit that receives a message transmitted from a passenger terminal owned by a passenger in a moving body, a moving body identification unit that identifies the moving body based on passenger information which is included in the message received by the information reception unit and by which the passenger is able to be identified, and an information transmission unit that transmits the passenger information and information related to the message in association with each other to a communication device provided to the moving body identified by the moving body identification unit.
