    Abstract: A latch mechanism includes a latch and a rotation shaft supporting part. The latch is rotatable around a rotation shaft between a housing position and a lock position, and fixes a first unit and a second unit in a closed state at the lock position. The rotation shaft supporting part rotatably supports the rotation shaft. The latch has a first ring-shaped part disposed coaxially with the rotation shaft. The rotation shaft supporting part has a second ring-shaped part disposed coaxially with the rotation shaft. Heights of the first ring-shaped part and the second ring-shaped part are set such that an area of abutment between the first ring-shaped part and the second ring-shaped part increases as the latch rotates from the lock position to the housing position.

    Abstract: An electronic device includes a terminal cover that closes an opening. The opening is provided in a casing and houses a connection terminal. The terminal cover includes a lid, a fixing part for fixing the lid to the casing, and a slider mounted on the lid and slidable in a predetermined sliding direction. The lid is coupled to the fixing part in the sliding direction. The slider has first engagement parts provided at an end of the slider in the sliding direction, and has second engagement parts provided at each end in a direction orthogonal to the sliding direction. When the slider is located at a predetermined lock position in a state in which the terminal cover is closed, the casing has third engagement parts engaged with the first engagement parts and fourth engagement parts engaged with the second engagement parts.

    Abstract: An electronic device in a first aspect includes: a housing comprising metal that houses an electronic component; a cover comprising resin that covers at least a part of a principal surface of the housing from an outside; and a screw screwed into the housing via a through-hole provided at the cover and, the screw having a head that protrudes to the outside from the cover. A larger-diameter part having a diameter larger than a diameter of a screw part is provided on a head side of the screw. A larger-diameter step-down part that fits the larger-diameter part is provided on the principal surface of the housing.

    Abstract: A latching mechanism includes a latch provided to a first unit, provided with a first engaging portion at its tip, and is rotatable about a rotation shaft from a first rotation position to a second rotation position, a shaft support provided to the first unit, rotatably supporting the rotation shaft, and is movable between a first position and a second position, a biasing portion provided to the first unit, and biasing the shaft support in a direction from the first position to the second position, and a second engaging portion provided to a second unit, and is engageable with the first engaging portion. The first and second engaging portions engage when the second unit is closed with respect to the first unit, the shaft support lies at the second position, and the latch lies at the second rotation position.

    Abstract: In an electronic device, a socket side first fitting part and a socket side second fitting part, which constitute one shape of a recess and a projection, are formed near a hinge on a principal surface of a socket of a second unit from which a first unit is detachable. In a state in which a principal surface of an input unit and a principal surface of the socket are substantially parallel to each other, an input unit side first fitting part and an input unit side second fitting part, which constitute another shape of the recess and the projection, are formed on the principal surface of the input unit so as to respectively fit to the socket side first fitting part and the socket side second fitting part of the socket.
