Abstract: An air-conditioning control apparatus includes a detector that obtains a thermal image of an occupant, a processing unit that estimates the thermal sensation of the occupant from a temperature distribution obtained by the detector, and a control unit that controls an air conditioner according to the estimation result of the thermal sensation. Upon detecting the occupant, the detector captures a thermal image of an area around the occupant.
