摘要： A smart plan portal that is used in conjunction with a computer aided design (CAD) software application module. The smart plan portal provides a library of predesigned elements that are presented for selection and placement for building design. Each placed element automatically integrates with adjacent elements and the overall building design. Based on the building design using the library of elements, structural components and equipment components are generated. Each component is associated with a digital identifier that is used to identify a number of attributes for the associated component.

摘要： In one implementation, a metal deck is provided that includes a plurality of deck components formed in a contiguous metal sheet. Each of the deck components includes a plurality of folded ribs formed along the length of the metal deck. Each of the plurality of folded ribs are configured such that one or more trusses of a building may fit between the plurality of folded ribs. The metal deck may be used to complete the structural diaphragm without using concrete.

摘要： Structural truss panels include first, second, third, and fourth horizontal elongated members and first and second vertical elongated members fastened to the first, second, third, and fourth horizontal elongated members. The first and fourth horizontal elongated members form respectively a top and a bottom of the structural truss panel. The first and second vertical elongated members forming respective sides of the structural truss panel. The structural truss panel further includes and an angled webbing fastened between the first and second vertical elongated members and the first and second horizontal elongated members thereby creating an integrated web truss within the structural truss panel. The structural truss panel includes first, second, and third brace members forming a V-braced truss panel.

摘要： An infill wall support clip is described. The infill wall support clip provides lateral bracing for wall panels in residential or commercial buildings. The infill wall support clip anchors to a top track of wall panels and to a bottom track of a floor truss. The infill wall support clip provides spacing between the wall panel and the floor truss such that drywall may be continuously overlaid on top of the wall panel.
