    摘要: A method, system, and computer program product are described for managing the provisioning of resources in a data processing system. There are different types of resources. Each resource is one of these types. Multiple provisioning states are defined for each type of resource. Relationships are defined among the provisioning states. The relationships describe valid transitions from one state to another. Workflows of one or more tasks are defined, varying to the resource implementation specifications, that are associated with each one of the valid transitions between states. When a resource is to transition from a current state, the relationships among states are used to determine a valid next state. The workflow specific to the resource specification and associated with this transition from the current state to the determined next state is then executed in order to transition to the next state.

    摘要: A system, method, and computer program product are disclosed for providing a single automation tool adapter for use with multiple different automation tools. Multiple different clients are monitored for automation requests. An automation request that is to be executed within one of the automation tools is received from one of the clients in an original format. A second format that is required by the automation tool is determined. The automation request is converted from the original format to the second format. The automation request is then submitted in the second format to the automation tool for processing. Automation requests are submitted to an automation tool in a format that is required by the automation tool.

    摘要: A system, method, and software-encoded computer readable medium which receives an electronic streaming information resource, such as a multi-party audio conversation, determines demarcations between collective audio chunks (CAC) within the resource by determining when universal pauses (UP) exist across all party contributions; and submits the collective audio chunks in a substantially first-found, first-submitted order to a translation system. The collective audio chunks are then translated in real time, and the translated collective audio chunks are loaded into a real-time streaming buffer for delivery to one or more destinations.
