A processing unit receives the voltage signal from the sensing unit, generates an adjusting ratio equal to a reference voltage corresponding to a predetermined vibration level of the spindle by the voltage signal upon detecting that the voltage signal is greater than the reference voltage and is less than a predetermined threshold voltage that is greater than the reference voltage, and outputs a control signal corresponding to the adjusting ratio to the driving unit such that the driving unit reduces a rotation speed of the spindle by the adjusting ratio in response to the control signal from the processing unit.

A heat-dissipating unit is disposed in the compartment and includes a fluid inlet port member, a fluid outlet port member, a heat conductor, and a plurality of heat exchange pipes. The heat conductor is in thermal contact with the heat exchange pipes. The heat exchange pipes are arranged along a first direction. Each of the heat exchange pipes extends along a plane that is not parallel to the first direction. A cooling oil is introduced into the compartment through the oil inlet such that the transformer unit, the heat conductor, and the heat exchange pipes are immersed in the cooling oil.

    摘要: A storage battery inspecting system includes a power supply unit and an inspecting unit. The inspecting unit includes two inspecting terminals to be connected to a battery soldering spot so as to detect response of the soldering spot to application of a test power signal by the power supply unit, and a control module for determining if a detected response of the soldering spot falls within a predetermined range configured in the control module, generating an indication signal if the detected response falls outside the predetermined range, and generating an inspection result corresponding to the detected response. The inspecting unit further includes an indication interface for outputting the indication signal, a transmission interface permitting supply of the inspection result to a processing device, and a control interface permitting supply of a control signal generated by the control module to a peripheral device for controlling operation of the peripheral device based on the detected response.
