摘要： A method for removing heat stable base salts, such as amine salts, is disclosed. The method of the present invention can be used to reduce the level of heat stable salts in a solvent gas stream in an acid gas removal process. A solvent in which the lean acid gas loading is high is first stripped to achieve an acceptable lean gas loading. The lean solution is then reclaimed using one or more methods. The purified base or amine solution can be used again to remove acid gases from a gas stream. A process for recovering acid gas from an acid gas stream is also disclosed. The process also comprises a reduction of the level of heat stable salts in the solvent gas stream.

摘要： A hygienic razor blade dryer is provided that comprises a housing having an interior, a razor blade holder disposed within the interior that is adapted to receive a razor blade, a dryer for drying a razor blade received in the razor blade holder, and a vacuum for evacuating the air within the interior to prevent moisture buildup in the air and on the razor blade and to inhibit oxidation on the blade surfaces. A sanitizer may also be provided to sanitize the razor blade before, during or after the dryer operation.

摘要： This invention is a system, method, and apparatus for detecting compromise of IP devices that make up an IP-based network. One embodiment is a method for detecting and alerting on the following conditions: (1) Denial of Service Attack; (2) Unauthorized Usage Attack (for an IP camera, unauthorized person seeing a camera image); and (3) Spoofing Attack (for an IP camera, unauthorized person seeing substitute images). A survey of services running on the IP device, historical benchmark data, and traceroute information may be used to detect a possible Denial of Service Attack. A detailed log analysis and a passive DNS compromise system may be used to detect a possible unauthorized usage. Finally, a fingerprint (a hash of device configuration data) may be used as a private key to detect a possible spoofing attack. The present invention may be used to help mitigate intrusions and vulnerabilities in IP networks.

摘要： In a method for producing large-scale pages of a book, one or a plurality of long sheets of paper or other flexible material is folded in an alternative forward and reverse direction along a single axis, yielding an accordion fold structure. Such pages are bound along a single edge to yield a book of enormous proportion. According to one exemplary embodiment, each page of the book is of approximately five feet by seven feet in dimension, yielding a compelling visual display that may contain life-sized portraits, brilliant landscapes, detailed maps, a panoply of disparate visual images, text, diagrams, or blank pages for creative uses. Methods of binding may include tabbing folds of the pages and then stitching through the tabs.
